Blew a 19 pt lead today. Fans were booing pretty much the entire second half. Had scored 3 pts in almost ten minutes of game time to start the second half. He is not having fun lol.

These are games that would be top two or three for some programs, but barely get mentioned by us. I'll start with the second round win over Cincinnati in 2005. Game had a Final Four feel to it.

Today is the 1st time I watched this season but , I had to turn it off ---- because I saw HER there . Before I dare use the word " repulsive " , I must ask is - Does Christina Williamson look that way because of illness or by choice ? If because of illness , I retract the word " repulsive " If , by choice , welllllll ????? Also , just who is Andrea Carter ?

I used to get excited when this team played but last night was a great example. I just feel disconnected and I just think it’s because this team has yet to prove themselves against good competition. Honestly part of me is just burnt out on the Cal era and I’m just ready for the program to hit the reset button and let’s just start fresh with someone new. Idk if I’m the only one who feels like this but how do you all feel?

For me, it was the 1988-89 Illinois team who had Kendall Gill, Marcus Liberty, Nick Anderson and Kenny Battle. That was a fun team to watch and UK was terrible that year, so enjoyed watching them.

The condensed version of the story is that a 3rd string RB came to him after the season (where Maryland had won 7 games, then beat Auburn in the MCB) and demanded $100K or he was going to hit the transfer portal. He went on to say that it was constant after the season, which was a good one by MD standards, every kid on the team wanted this or that. He says it is ruining the best team game there is, and I 100% agree.

It is crazy. And it will only get worse, after the top kids see the Lamborghini that UGA QB bought, how long before every top QB expects the boosters to pony up for his ride?

Who is going to put a stop to this insanity?

That is likely not what people here want to read, but I am going to still post because I’m bored and feel like it.lol

I’ve not been a big fan of Cal for some time, but I am also not ashamed to admit the man probably knows more about the game than anyone on here and definitely more than me, but I will give him credit for the job he did Saturday and shows what he is capable of. He seemed so engaged in managing the game Saturday and letting his guys play to their abilities. He Seemed like he finally trusted them more and shortened his rotation. He seems so much better as a coach when he limits his rotations to 7 or 8 players. Using his timeouts when needed and I felt like he trusted the players on the floor to make decisions based on what they had been coached to do.

I don’t know. It just seemed he was so much more in control of his own decision making than in the past to me. I gave the players a ton of credit for their effort after the game, but I need to give Cal and his staff some credit as well. Best I have observed all year after the last two games. Hope it continues.

If UK and Florida end up with exact same SEC and season record, and no one else ties them, who gets the better seed for the SEC tournament? Both won on road against each other. Not sure what rule breaks the tie?

We do not want to play Uconn or Purdue prior to the Elite 8. A 3 seed should be the goal, as none of the 2 seeds are too scary.

Lunardi moved us up to a 5 seed after last night's win. Winning two of the next 3 should be enough to keep us as 5 seed or move us up to 4.

Hold serve against Vandy and ARky. Carnage is already happening elsewhere (Wisco and Aubie lost. Florida Atlanta getting killed today, etc).

At that point, you have a toughie in Knoxville and the SEC tourney to try and lock down a top 12 spot in the big dance.

Really interesting regular season race coming down to the wire. We need to get that double bye. 6-0 and we have a legit shot at winning the league. 5-1 should secure a top 4 finish and 4-2 it becomes a coin toss.
