He has come off the bench in all nine appearances for new Hilltoppers head coach Steve Lutz, and Allen is shooting just 28.6% from the field and 30.8% from 3-point range.

NCAA Proposed Student Payment Plan

Recently heard that there is a proposal from the NCAA to allow Universities to directly pay student athletes via a trust fund. Don't know if this is going to have anything to do with NIL, but it apparently is from the President of NCAA and is now before the board. I anticipate the smaller schools are going to struggle getting the better players.

NBA Fans vs Rupp

I’ve been watching some NBA lately and it amazes me how rowdy those crowds get for a pro sports team and I’ll never understand why the Rupp crowd cannot be like that on a nightly basis. You would think college basketball fans would be more excited about their team but it turns out NBA fans are more rowdy. People have talked about it before but changes need to happen at Rupp. It seems like the students just don’t care anymore and hardly even go to the games.

Anyone been to Railbird? The lineup this year is awesome and I’m considering it. Presale is today at noon. Been to many festivals so I know the drill. Just want to know how the experience is, crowd size, stuff like food/beverage, bathrooms, merch, are there crazy numbers of drunk people, etc.
