What other former Cats have kids (who are basketball players 🤣)?

Reed's success has me wondering what other UK players from '90's and early '00's have kids that may be in recruiting talk in a few years?

I know Nazr's son was talked about briefly. Mashburn Jr is a 4 yr 1500 point scorer.

Doesn't Rondo have a kid that is supposed to be great?

Anyone else know of any players kids we should be looking out for as potential recruits in coming years?

Kentucky rugby takes down Louisville in dominating fashion to win national championship

The latest iteration of the Battle of the Bluegrass had national title implications Saturday.

The Kentucky men’s rugby club earned a dominating 43-26 win over in-state rival Louisville to capture the NCR Division I-AA XV’s Collegiate Rugby championship in Houston.

It was the second consecutive national-title loss for the Cardinals, who couldn’t overcome a Wildcats club that scored six straight tries before U of L got on the board in the second half. .......... https://www.courier-journal.com/sto...tional-championship-2023-houston/71863172007/

Khris Bogle back in portal

Former Gator who picked Michigan State over us last go around in the portal. Was considered our top OLB transfer target in 21/22. Got hurt last year at MSU but had 3 TFL and a Sack in 3.5 games. Then this year didn't do much but struggled again with his injury. 15 TFL, 10 sacks in career.

If he could get fully healthy for next season, he has the tools. Wouldn't hurt to have a Wade-type replacement. There's definitely better in the portal, but this may be a guy you could pair with someone else.

VJ update on on3

Some real positive stuff here. Talks most about the cats and Jack has a feeling we lead. We be sweet to pluck him from dook. The dook mods have considered him a shoe in for a while . They have played like trash. Their fans will have a serious meltdown if he commits here. True changing of the guards if we get him.

Things I like and things I don’t with this team

Some things I like:

- Bradshaws ability to protect the rim
- Our ability to shoot the 3 from numerous positions
- Willingness to make the extra pass
- Mitchell and Wagner setting up at the foul line against a zone
- Having 3 of Wagner, Reeves, Dilly, and Shepherd on the floor together
- Our composure for such a young team
- Our ability to get out and finish in transition

Some things I don’t like:

- Our perimeter defense is too soft and gives up too many straight line drives
- Our overall rebounding (should improve with AB playing)
- Having 3 of Mitchell, Bradshaw, Edwards, and Thiero on the floor together
- Edwards’ first shot of the game being a 3
- Playing m2m on out of bounds plays under the basket
- Not knowing what Dillingham is ever going to do (like him, but he scares me to death)
- Ability to get to the free throw line

Just a few things that I’ve noticed early this season.
