United States renounced first use of chemical weapons in 1969. I seriously doubt US currently maintains more than 50 chemical warheads in a ready state, if that many. We destroyed several thousand tons of chemical munitions over the years. On the other hand, although treaties and mutual inspections have been in place since the 90s, RUS possibly stashed far more usable chemical warheads.
Fun fact: Up until recently, Bluegrass Army Depot site near Lex and Richmond maintained largest chemical weapons stockpile in the free world.
