I agree. So it would have to be someone removing him and all of his henchman by force. I can't see it happening. I see him getting away with this for the fact that he has Nukes he can hide behind.

If it stops the war and killing more innocents, you would have to consider it otherwise, many more will die. The best option would be to assinate him.
