The Ducks are rarely on television. Their games are on 2-3 hours later than what they would be if he were at UK. It will cost more to get to Eugene. Unless his father is moving there why would you go out there where your family will hardly ever get to see you. Familiarity with an assistant coach? Unless it's family is that really that big a deal. You know a player or two on the team? And...

And if that's the case then Oregon can have him. If the family is that crazy over protecting an announcement then they would not be the best to deal with once he hits campus. How long until his dad is a special assistant to Oregon? Happened with his high school.

I am wondering how big the meltdown will be on here when he picks Oregon. I would think not that much given the Oregon kid's tweet pretty much letting the cat out of the bag, but it is Rupp's Rafters...so getting my popcorn ready regardless.

Only in Kentucky can you get 9 pages waiting on a teenager to announce his choice. Most schools struggle to get 9 pages the entire basketball season. Cal is right, we are crazy....
