The Jet Sweep pass/run plays

I don't mind us getting reps where we stress the defense by using the full width of the field. So much of Kentucky football has been runs up the middle and bombs downfield. I loved the outside runs and sweeps. It feels like we utilized our speed properly for the first time in years.

It gives us something to build on and add complexity to later with fakes. If defenses have to respect the boundary runs and QB keepers, it helps the whole offense out immensely.

We can't/(hopefully) won't do too many of those types of runs/"passes" in future games, but it's nice to see this kind of play getting reps.

Dr. Bob Guyette is a maxillofacial surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ. He played the fourth-most minutes on the 1975 U.K. team that lost in the NCAA Final Game to UCLA (John Wooden's last game).

The four seniors who played the most minutes were Kevin Grevey, Jimmy Dan Conner, Mike Flynn, and Bob Guyette. The next two players on the team with the most minutes were freshmen Rick Robey and Jack Givens. Junior Larry Johnson was next in minutes, followed by freshmen Mike Phillips and James Lee. One of the greatest U.K. teams ever. A tip of the hat to Dr. Guyette, who is now age 70.
I remember everyone of those players and what a heartbreak that last game was. The UCLA center played the best game he ever had to beat the Wildcats.

Tell me again why ACC gets an automatic bid to CFP?

7th year QB lol, I agree but that doesn’t sound right.

I believe I read that right, RS, covid, injury RS and his 4 years . May not have been serious but was said Miami had a 9th year TE. Arky has a 29 year old frosh WR that is full grown, he spend 10 years or so in baseball and actually played a few games in the majors, that damn curve ball has ruined many dreams.

Yes.

And it likely sets up D-linemen to get trapped leaning or going heavy on the left or right foot. We had some trouble in the first quarter gashing the middle, then all three backs went for ten or more between the tackles before they called it for lightning.

Someone gave their scouting report on BV and declared him not much of a running threat, tried to tell you guys that just wasn't true. Now I would rather him be sliding instead of leading with his shoulder. But he had a good game and UK's offense looked much improved.

UF hasn't been bowl eligible in the last e years and getting 4 wins looks unlikely. Here is the reality of the ACC vs the SEC. If the number 1 team played the number 1 team in each conference the ACC might win 2 of the 16. If it were top 8 SEC would go 8-0 with all double digit wins. Would the redbirds make top 8?

But why is it considered a murderers schedule when you play Florida, Vandy, South Carolina, Mississippi State, Arkansas……? It’s not like teams play every good sec team yearly.
