Come on Bill. Trump praised every dictator and authoritarian leader in the world. Why? Because that’s what he wants to be. A dictator. It is true that Biden is perceived (due at least in a large part by our rapid and unprepared exit from Afghanistan) as weak by Russia, China and North Korea. That is dangerous. Because the "coward" is often the one you have to fear the most - because he might do something unexpected (and foolish) to prove he is not a coward. Or strike back in an unexpected way because he is afraid.
The rest of the world sure didn't like Trump but they did fear him - because they didn't know what crazy thing he might do if he was provoked. He was unpredictable.
I think the rest of the world likes Biden because they think he is naive and can be played. And the world sure loves to play the USA for our money and to allow us to pay the bills for being the world's policeman.
You just know that Europe is saying now (to the USA) "Well ... what are you guys going to do to stop this?"

It was a tour de force of pure unvarnished insanity and it was also about 3am so it was quite a treat and at the same time utterly horrifying. I don't think the average normal American understands how far these nuts have gone down the rabbit hole.
