Interesting story about those shelves:
Joe Biden's great grandfather harvested the wood for them, in the Pacific Northwest. He was a personal friend of Paul Bunyon, and Babe the Blue Ox carried that lumber all the way back to Scranton. where it sat for decades.
Joe himself, handcrafted the shelves, USING that lumber and only handtools (that were given to him by the Amish, in appreciation for all his help, raising those barns). It was his Eagle Scout community service project.

Creating a slate of fake electors, withholding top secret docs and pressuring state election officials to overturn an election are all legit criminal actions.
Holding politicians to account for criminal actions strengthens, not weakens our democracy.
If he truly believed he hadn't lost, as you say, then there are legal and legit pathways to challenge those losses in court.
He went to court over 60 times and lost every single case but ONE.
Once that occured, if he gave one shit about this country more than himself, he would have conceded and worked toward reelection.
That's not what he did. He incited a riot on our Capitol and has continued to claim he won the election despite zero real evidence of that.
He has created more anger and division over this than any President in US history. Many of his followers have lost all faith in our election system even though there is no evidence that should be the case.
He has done more to harm our image as a beacon of democracy in the world than any American President in history.
This is pretty much the crux of the issue.
Sambowieshin acknowledges “the powers that be” are taking down Trump for being an outsider and thorn in their side. Dion liked the post. So that’s both our consistent lunatic lefties. We actually agree on the point.
However, where we differ is Dion and Sambowieshin fully support “the powers that be” maintaining their unelected grip over everything in the US.
Meanwhile, those of us with a brain think if anyone knew the Biden admin was going to be this corrupt, Trump would have been justified in calling for a revolution instead of telling people to peacefully protest on Jan 6, posting a video to Twitter telling people to calm down (after the doors were opened to the Capitol and a countless number of people directed by those powers that be were participating in riots), and having his attorneys explore constitution based arguments for challenging a corrupt stolen election.

Yes, about 50 percent of the country are not fans of his. He is either loved or loathed.
Of that 50 percent, some small portion have power and influence.
Of those with power and influence, some see Trump abusing his power and influence in illegal or inappropriate ways so they brought legal charges against him.
The court system will then determine whether or not those legal charges are legit or not.
Like I said, imo some of those charges are a legal stretch and some absolutely have merit.

Well, Trump's judge buddy in Florida is keeping him off the docket for his mishandling of classified documents and his far right Supreme Court, that has members flying upside down US flags, is taking their sweet time making a judgement on his immunity for the Ga election interference/Jan 6th charges....so time will tell on those.

Both of those are the prosecutors' fault. Manipulating evidence (to start with, in Florida), and malfeasance by the prosecutor in Georgia, so... I think you're upset with the wrong party/person.
This is the stuff that happens when you hastily put together a case that was made out of crap to begin with.
The documents case has no legs anyway. Garland signed the death sentence to that case, when he declined to prosecute Biden for a much more egregious example of classified document mis-handling. Precedent and what not. Save the nonsense about not turning them over. Neither did Biden, until they found them, and on top of that, he didn't even have rights to even posses them in the first place, because he was a Senator, and he's only supposed to have access to those in a SCIF. (You can take my word for it, for reasons I've already gone over.)
