Should the most qualified person get a job regardless of race?
Should people be forced to pay for something their great grandparents did?

Should race or gender be a deciding factor in a court of law?

Yes. This is common sense. And I’ve always argued for it. Hell Im even for blind first round interviews where a candidate and interviewer must be separated by a screen so no rash judgements can be made and bias is tampered down. You only can judge based on knowledge and responses.

No. Of course not. We’ve evolved beyond that as a society due to increased lifespans and more stable and organized societies. However when life spans we’re in the 30s, society functioned a lot differently for survival.

Personally? No. Men are men and women are women. However, that can be a loaded question depending on setting and who is asking. Biological sex and gender are technically two different things. Science says that. From the American Medical Association:

Sex refers to the biological differences between males and females. Gender refers to the continuum of complex psychosocial self-perceptions, attitudes, and expectations people have about members of both sexes

No. Race and gender should not be a contributing factor in a court of law. However, we know thats not true as there is a larger conviction rate for men and black Americans. And anyone with a brain knows the only color that matters in America is green.

At first, all we got from liberals was that this DOGE pursuit was evil and dangerous, with no recognition of the waste, abuse, and ridiculousness. They acted like going after USAid was pathetic, because our debt is so big and those dollars are low, not realizing that the average taxpayer does not want to have their money spent on crazy and irrelevant. Now, we get the generalized “I am against abuses in spending,” without any specific acknowledgement of a discovered abuse, because they either secretly agree with the spending or are afraid to point to any particular discovery for fear that they get crossways with the cult.
