So were the FBI agents Anti Biden? Were they working for Trump to try and overturn the electoral college vote in order to make Trump President? If so, then it absolutely was an insurrection attempt.
If they weren't pro Trump and were working on Joe Biden's behalf....wtf would they want to stop or slow down the electoral college certification that made Joe Biden officially President?

Thank you for outlining the obvious absurdity. What they're alleging is that agent provocateurs were in the crowd riling them up. And even if they were(all the rightwing militias are a quarter feds anyway), so what? THE TRUMPERS STILL DID IT. By their argument every single person in any riot ever shouldn't be prosecuted because there are agent provocateurs in the crowd. Every Portland molotov, every BLM riot arson, every single thing that these same people sit here and complain about day-in day-out. Every one had agents in the mob and tear gas being shot into them. Like somehow QAnon Shaman shouldn't be prosecuted for sitting in the Speaker's chair because there was a fed whispering naughty things to him lol.

It's like a smart guy once said... "the worst thing that ever happened to you is still the worst thing you've had happen to you".... Lots of these young kids can look at death and rape in other countries and without a hint of irony.... complain about their cell service going out while stuck on the side of the road".... Lots of people in our country have had it so good that they don't even understand what "bad" is.

Agreed. But one side waves the American flag and loves the constitution. The other side waves Palestinian flags, Lgbtiqa+ flags, Communist flags, Anarchist flags, and hate the constitution and want to subvert it every day.

Yeah. There's a big difference between 'circumstances led me to think this way and so I acted on those thoughts in a maybe not rational manner' and 'a guy in the crowd I was in yelled to storm the building, so I totally did! I wasn't going to before that and never would have at any other time, but that random dude yelling it in the crowd meant I just had to, ya know?'

If you really were trying to play that semantic game you would've said LBJ from the jump then. But you didn't, you said JFK immediately, then covered your bases with LBJ. Neither of which was correct, by the way, as Eisenhower started our military propping up of the violent, corrupt Diem regime.

One side waves the Confederate, Russian, and Gadsden flags and removes constitutional rights from the people for the first time in American history. The other side fights the institutions of power for those very human rights every day and tries to enshrine them in our beloved Constitution. See how easy it is?

It only makes sense if you stole an election.

Half the country thinks it was including the guy who will be trying to run again next chance he gets and likely be looking for justice. Do you honestly think all the reasons behind trying to lock him up now is because (out of all the politicians), he’s the only “bad” guy?

I refuse to believe even liberals can’t see it for what it is.
