Biden is no longer providing Israel with offensive weapons to attack Palestine.
How is any of that indicative of wanting to go to war??

Dude I’ve been about as outspoken as anyone for the US not being involved in either of those conflicts.
And since obviously no one can or will ever agree on when it’s ok to terminate a child/clump of cells…the logical and most reasonable approach would be just to take it off the table and err on the side of caution altogether.
Ive seen 1000s of ultrasounds, Im not gambling that’s a clump of cells in there when the stakes could be murder.
That's an individual determination though. The government isn't involved in legislating that morality, its only involving interest is in protecting the rights of its citizens. Which means determining when a fetus becomes a legal person whereupon rights are conveyed. Currently that's birth, when it ceases to be a fetus and becomes a baby.

"Y'all" is an excellent word addition for the American English Language. English has no way to distinguish between the singular and plural in the second person without using additional words. "You" is both. "Y'all" makes that distinction. Ought to be in the American dictionary if it's not. Y'all are welcome.

Regardless, in most criminal offenses against a mother to be, it counts as two separate but same charges. There is literally no reason to ever have this type of setup unless you’re placing the same type of value on the fetus as you are the mother.
The rationale for murder being acceptable (as long as the mother does it) and then punishable in every other scenario with a fetus has always been ridiculous and void of any real common sense imo.
I'm not necessarily saying you have those beliefs if you dont....But the Republican party has been crystal clear about wanting NO military aid for Ukraine but giving Israel whatever it needs to destroy Hamas and any Palestinians that happen to be anywhere in the way.
Not a care in the world for the defense of Ukrainian children or the destruction of Palestinian children.

No, fetuses have never had legal rights. Pre or post-Roe. A handful of red states are at various stages of legislating such, but no Roe wasn't tied to it at all, federally or at the state level.
Some states have added fetal homicide laws in addition to regular homicide laws, which they've had to do specifically because fetuses are not people and are not covered under homicide. Terminating a fetus is not murder because a fetus is not a person with legal rights. I understand you feel differently morally, but those are the legal underpinnings.
Not really ridiculous if you consider that fetus to be a part of the woman's body....which it absolutely is.
Kinda like it would be your right to chop off one of your own fingers but against the law if I did it to you against your will.

That said, I do think there should be restrictions on how late into the pregnancy a mother has that right.
