What is being talked about is the evidence attached to the MSJ - the text messages and emails from the Fox news hosts. That's much different than taking the arguments in the motion as fact.
Have you seen all the evidence, or just the portions the plaintiff wants you to see because it supports their motion?
Edit: In other words, no it’s not different. It’s a carefully crafted narrative only presenting evidence in such a way that supports one side.
Because that case Giuliani was arguing, after the original lawyers quit quite literally at the 11th hour wasn't on voter fraud, it was equal protection clause. Trumps "team", which didn't contain Sidney Powell, never was allowed to present evidence. It's easy to admit something never happened if evidence is never allowed by judges.
Easing, and Democrat lawyers going full bore to remove protections are not the same thing. There was an absentee ballot free for all in the States required to win, that isn't an accusation, it was the case in 2020.
It was a stolen election, that only happens if both Reps and Dems are in on it. The "establishment" wanted Trump gone, he was a threat. So pat yourself on the back for supporting the establishment, you supported them leading us straight into WWIII.
I wonder why the MSM didn't present the evidence presented in the testimonies in several States in the 2020 election hearings. There were thousands of testimonials, yet the only one they aired was the crazy lady in Michigan.
They told us before the election that voting machines weren't connected to the internet, yet they were, why would they lie about that?
That clown couldn't even fix the potholes in Northern Indiana.
That was the Sheriff of that County reporting obvious fraud in voter registrations. Everyone of those would've received an absentee ballot.

1) Race matters 1000% in the context of answering the question at hand: Which country is better than the USA at providing the most opportunities for people of all races, creeds, etc...?
Not sure how you can answer that question without considering race.

4) I’m not trying to play a game of “gotcha” here. I’m merely trying to point out that the USA isn’t the monstrous bastion of systemic racism that you make it out to be on a regular basis. Instead of dancing around you could simply concede that point and admit that perhaps it’s not.
5) Nowhere in any of my posts have I attributed the success of any country to its racial makeup with one exception...I have always maintained throughout that the USA is the best country on the planet & I believe that it’s racial makeup & diversity of ethnicities has contributed to that success. I further have maintained throughout that no country on the planet offers more opportunities for all of its people, regardless of their race, creed, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc..., , than the USA. Furthermore, no other country provides a better opportunity for someone to come from nothing and become successful.
The USA is still the undisputed champ. Nothing you have posted to date changes that fact. It’s got its problems & there’s plenty of room for improvement...but it’s not the evil, systemic racist country that you make it out to be. It’s just not. Calling people who disagree with you a racist in every other post doesn’t change that fact.

I made the same point. These countries aren't magic. The people is what makes it. Culture and demographics matter. If they didn't, why is it the same ones that are utter shit over and over again? Why do the same ones succeed in academics where as the same ones are always at the bottom?

I have a friend who is a Nigerian Muslim. One of the most wonderful people I know. Speaks 5 languages and is very well educated... as are many AAs. (actual Africans). Voter fraud is a one-person-at-a-time crime. Do you have evidence that Mr X cast a ballot that he wasn't eligible for? And people have been prosecuted for it. It's a tough crime to prove. You can't do it with insinuations. I believe for 2020 there have been a dozen or so prosecutions. Oddly, iirc, most have been Republicans.

It's tough to calibrate though. Had the GOP been a little less nutty about it, they'd have 3 more Senators. At least. (2 in Georgia. 1 in Arizona) But they went a mite overboard on it. And they lost not because of absentee ballots. They lost because foaming at the mouth is a bad look.

It’s not just Catholic universities. Plenty of colleges & universities that were founded on Protestant Christian beliefs have done the same...or are headed that way.
As with most things secular...it’s usually not a death blow to the jugular but instead a slippery slope of tiny cuts to the Achilles that gradually lead to the capitulation.
