Since the new court had to be sent back, I think this gives UK an opportunity to come up with a better design. Looking around the nation, there are a ton of schools that have the state outline at center court. In our own conference alone I can think of Arkansas, Missouri, and Mississippi State and I’m sure there are more. It used to be somewhat unique, now it’s getting really generic; particularly the darker colored wood look versus a colored state like UNC and Indiana have. One thing UK basketball should never be is generic. So my question is what would YOU prefer at center court? Personally I’d like the UK logo from the 90’s with the snarling Wildcat.

Our defense has been sub-par (the first 8 years of Cal's tenure being "par") over the last 4 seasons starting with 20-21 season

I don't have the data of adj defensive efficiency for each season, this year it obviously stinks, but optically we've struggled over the last 4 years and it seems to coincide with one hire

That's the biggest question I have right now and I don't know the answers. Oh, I know what I've
seen and that's a team that doesn't appear to have had a lot of defensive coaching.

But the one thing Cal has always been decent at besides recruiting is getting his players to play decent
man to man defense and now...I don't know why. We've got the athletes to guard people and we've got the size.
Did Cal just forget how to teach man to man defense? Too many outside things going on? Meth?

I saw on the Athletics site the prices and K fund rate, but it refers to the new season tickets being available and requiring a Capital Pledge Commitment.

Just curious if anyone knows ballpark what that may mean. Have a feeling it will definitely help make a decision, LOL.

This is the inevitable game after the game beating UK. It's at USC and Mizzou is awful(0-6 SEC). No lines out from what I can see.

EDIT: USC is -6.5

However our line is -5.5 which seems awfully low as Arkansas has largely been blown out this year.
