It's probably real. The Russians have been leaving a lot of equipment behind because of lack of fuel. I think they expected an easy run into kyiv and the first groups went way beyond resupply lines.
The logistics are tough. Imagine invading Texas and fighting battles in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. Yeah, planes can cover the space, but tanks are fuel eaters.

Doesn’t anyone remember the very clear western involvement in destabilizing Ukraine?

You only have to go back to about 2014 or so so see some of the elements
Hmmm.

How far is your office from Putin’s?

Can you give us a rundown of the Top 10 things we did to “destabilize” Ukraine?

And as to the consequences and outcomes of our involvement, check out countries culturally similar to Ukraine where we have been involved . . . Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania you know . . . the countries in a place called “Europe,” now just 500 miles West of your Kremlin . . . all stable republics and democracies.

Found and wanted to share this. It’s important to remember that while we act like American politics should always be front and center no matter what, there actually is a world beyond us and that world is scrambling to help a country in need.

Ukraine border= Gotta protect
U.S border= Who cares

No thanks, Ukraine can manage themselves. Best of luck to them though

Friday I saw several tweets from former tank repairmen on how to disable Russian tanks.

Also, may be a signal to other Russia authorities that it would be good to take him out.
The military can be none too happy with this bog.

All reports are early in the fog of war, but we can assume a couple of things:

(1) The first troops sent in by Putin were his best . . . and the report of the smashing of an elite Russian Unit (including it’s general) is a bad sign.

(2) Tanks and troops that are now flowing over the border (and running out of gas) were probably intended to serve more as occupiers, after the “elite” shock troops secured the primary objectives.

I’ve seen photos and films of POW’s captured by Ukraine, and these were the first troops sent in . . . they looked 15 years old.

Russia ain’t exactly wielding the Wehrmacht of 2022!!

Trump better hope not since he thinks Putin is being smart.

Also, may be a signal to other Russia authorities that it would be good to take him out.

The majority of Liberals are dumber than dirt but a few are just disingenuous and know that Trump faked being nice to Putin and Rocketman so they had no reason to hate him and act up on his watch…..they just won’t admit it and smear him instead as that’s what Liberals do. Guess what happened on Trump’s watch? Nothing.

Corn pop said publicly that Putin wanted no part of him and here we are.

War sucks but I still fail to see how any of this is our concern.

If nothing else, this should show the extreme value of energy and resource independence. Oil and energy are the easy answer, but we lack coal and other resources to rapidly manufacture steel and other materials if we need to.

It's not our concern, but the MSM got it's brain dead NPC slags of meat bags all hemmed up over this.

AP :

“WASHINGTON — The U.S. for the first time has approved the direct delivery of Stinger missiles to Ukraine as part of a package approved by the White House on Friday.

The exact timing of delivery is not known, but officials say the U.S. is currently working on the logistics of the shipment. The officials agreed to discuss the development only if not quoted by name.

The decision comes on the heels of Germany’s announcement that it will send 500 Stinger missiles and other weapons and supplies to Ukraine.

The high-speed Stingers are very accurate and are used to shoot down helicopters and other aircraft. Ukrainian officials have been asking for more of the powerful weapons.

Estonia has also been providing Ukraine with Stingers since January, and in order to do that had to get U.S. permission.”

Ok.

Time to balance this shit out.

How ‘bout, if Ukraine holds with our support, we put 100K Ukrainian troops on the border with Mexico. Until they start raising vegetables, or eat at a Mexican restaurant or two, I think they’d be trust worthy to hold the onslaught back!!

The most profitable steel maker in the US relies on scrap for manufacturing new steel, Nucor.

We could go farther: with a Ukrainian victory, I will never again mention: slavery, the Holocaust, or Shirley Temple, to avoid embarrassing my fellow white man!

Gun Control?

I want a damn (free) AK, and if I planned this just right, might be able to volunteer, just as the Ruskies are leaving.

Because this is how WW3 starts. If the West(France and UK) called Hitler on his bullshit, WW2 never would have happened.

You can’t let a tyrant just do whatever he wants.

This is a mess , man

If it hasn't been on TV or social media lately, that answer is "no." They won't remember our involvement in Libya, selling weapons to terrorists there that were then used against us elsewhere, because it was "their" gov then. It's all compartmentalized.

How many countries have we (US and allies) destabilized or dethroned the leader only to put in one of our choosing, then go in to oust that same leader later for another. They can't see it because they don't want to see it.

It's a mess because it's supposed to be a mess, yet where was all of this outrage when we either ignored or interfered in elections and revolutions in other "sovereign" nations? Russia is our enemy if communism and socialism are our enemy. Otherwise....

Does anyone realize that Ukraine declared war on Russia years ago and didn't ever really back down from that status? Probably not

I highly, highly doubt that Russia will use nuclear weapons or FOABs against Ukraine. He knows that's a path where he can't come back from. Ukraine is kicking his ass right now. He really doesn't want NATO to have a reason to join the fight.

The threat is likely a chip he's going to use to negotiate later today when Russian and Ukrainian officials meet. I could be misunderstanding their doctrine, but I'm pretty sure Russia has a policy of "escalate to de-escalate" when it comes to nukes and it seems like this is what Putin is doing

Looks like those new Stinger missiles will be put to good use soon.

Belarusian special forces were seen loading onto airplanes in preparation for an air assault on Kyiv in what could be a widening of the war, military sources stated.

Same as declaring war on Russia at this point. And people say the democrats and socialists don't want a war... lmao
