The la mayor should absolutely resign and probably at least face s criminal investigation if not prosecution. The fire department warned for several months they wouldn't be able to combat the next fire. In response they got funding cuts and ignored warnings about failed equipment.

Of course Bidens admin knows that's an issue which is why fema was immediately on site and offering full compensation for any damage. Contrast that to the two Appalachian floods of recent years where it took FEMA forever to get on site and they offered people a pittance. Many in those areas are still living in campers or tents.

One of the negative outcomes from DEI bullshit, and lefties that value skin color above all else, is this fire chief does seem like she was actually semi competent, though everyone assumes the exact opposite because she’s a lesbian, and since LA politicians would value that above all else, they think she was solely an incompetent diversity hire (like the mayor).
