We will never know for sure but more likely it would have been like spitting on a house fire. The fire was jumping over their efforts due to the wind conditions and embers.
Hell, they have firefighter there now from 9 states and 2 different countries and can't stop it.

Sam, CA doesn’t need much rain in the summer, that’s what the snow melt is for. The la mayor should absolutely resign and probably at least face s criminal investigation if not prosecution. The fire department warned for several months they wouldn't be able to combat the next fire. In response they got funding cuts and ignored warnings about failed equipment.

Will be interesting. Usually the elites just go lockstep with dems but thats because the problems are usually far away. This time they hit home. Of course Bidens admin knows that's an issue which is why fema was immediately on site and offering full compensation for any damage. Contrast that to the two Appalachian floods of recent years where it took FEMA forever to get on site and they offered people a pittance. Many in those areas are still living in campers or tents.
