It doesn't matter what he perceives as the difference just like it doesn't matter what he perceives her gender to be. He sells cakes. Including colored ones. She asked for a pink cake with blue frosting. He agreed as that's a simple, generic service open to all the public. He then refused when he found out what type of person it was for. One who was transitioning. Which is a protected issue you can't refuse service over. Open and shut.

And, he did not refuse based upon the status of the he/she patron, but rather on the activity his expression was intended to support. You know this, but keep avoiding it. The guy has made cakes for the alphabet community. This was not about his/her desire to be trans.

Not according to the courts. They've ruled "that the act of baking a pink cake with blue frosting does not constitute protected speech under the First Amendment," and "that CADA’s prohibition against discrimination based on a person’s transgender status does not violate a proprietor’s right to freely exercise or express their religion." As I've repeatedly linked and quoted. Both First Amendment complaints were rejected.

Dion, you do get that I believe the Colorado appellate court is wrong, right? Was that not conveyed in all of this banter? If not, hopefully you will understand it now. I think the courts are filled with activists who don’t care about the constitution. The man has been clear, he has served openly gay and trans people. So, this is not about their status. If they said they intended to used the cake to smother a baby, he would refuse and it would have NOTHING to do with the fact that they identify as trans. Quoting the state court does not change that fact.

On another note, just saw an article talking about Biden taking out a $250k line of credit in December. Article noted his financial disclosure shows assets of $1-2.6 million.
First of what the hell does he need a line of credit for, and especially now that interest rates are relatively high.
Next, and most importantly, in 2017 he made had over $11 million of income and paid less than $4 million in tax. That nets to $7 million after tax. Obviously some of that was noncash flow though income, but for books or speaking* so the cash should have been there. What the hell does he do with all his money?
*obviously he was laundering money, but the point remains, cash was available.

Again, nothing is settled on this until SCOTUS decides not to hear it or rules on it. It will come before them unless Colorado's SC or the Tenth Circuit reverses the decision and then it will probably still go before SCOTUS. The current ruling is almost certainly meaningless.
Why the hell don’t we send 6 or 8 balloons over China see what they do. All thes tough guys here who hate Russia hell China is by far the bigger threat to the globe. Send in the balloons. We have appeased the hell outta China and made them rich. We ll confront Russia but piss our leg for xi.

When I am talking to someone and they say they saw it on CNN or MSNBC I immediately turn them off. If you are dumb enough to watch and listen to either of these propaganda machines talk to somebody else.
I can't believe Trump was foolish enough to support him but Trump does things like that. He gave us the FBI Director Christopher Wray and esteemed ex-Attorney General William Barr. And who can forget the weakling Jeff Session.
Trump's selection of personnel ended up biting him in the butt and a couple stabbed him in the back. I am not sure he learned much from this.
Think that was pretty much it. @BigBlueFanGA swooped in late today and now we're all caught up. Court dockets are going to be interesting here for awhile with lots of big political cases coming up. Affirmative action, Big Tech, Voting Rights Act, ISL theory. Depending on some of the outcomes Trump did great things for the conservative movement by getting those Supreme Court picks. Depending on the outcome of the ISL case he may even have a legitimate argument his election was constitutionally stolen. Wouldn't that be a twist?
