Well,well… after days of watching the website that list the coronavirus stats and seeing the number or those listed in serious/critical condition less than or slightly higher than the deaths(which makes zero sense), today the number listed in serious/critical condition has risen to 708 in the US.
Ahem, Tennessee population is also 50% greater than KY, and also includes double the metropolitan areas.Leadership!

Secondly, Tennessee had more population, density, and destinations. We don't have a Nashville, Memphis, nor Dollywood.
Thirdly, March has been a shitty weather month here in Kentucky. It's been rainy, gloomy/gray, overcast, and or cold for most of the month which keeps people indoors naturally. Even if Tenn. has had shitty weather all month, people have still been gathering in those Memphis and Nashville bars and concert halls.
