[laughing] at your cousin.

Happy about your success. Congratulations. I've also realized some nice financial gains since President Trump's election to office.

The overall atmosphere around the US is also better. Optimism reigns.

I'm from NY, so most of my family has become deranged. They still fear for the country if he doesn't get impeached or re-elected.

I still have a ways to go before I'm "rich". I AM only 32. But I'm in an awful lot better position than if HC was elected. And if I can get another 4 years out of Trump? Golden.

FWIW, the property I've owned, I've already made my tenants lives much better than the teacher (I'm 98% sure was a lib) who owned it before me. Fixed some foundation issues that caused her grief, her bathroom door, and in the next 3-6 months a new fridge that isn't from the 1980's.

I've "passed it on" more than any Lib I personally know. I feel like that's my duty, to not be a POS slumlord. My goal was to become wealthy off property AND make the lives better for my tenants. Still trying to do both, but that's my goal.

Joe Rogan #1308 with Eddie Bravo - exceptional entertainment. Eddie is amazing :joy:

They start talking trump near the end, specifically de-militarization, and joe plays a clip of trump telling Fox he defeated ISIS and wanted to bring troops home. Washington flipped out. They don’t want to bring anybody home.

Joe praises trump for this, said this should be news, people need to know the president of the United States said these things.

Then Eddie starts talking about how dems are f’d because the fisa warrant is being declassified, and joe acts like he doesn’t know what fisa warrant is, says “I gotta go pee”, they cut the podcast, and
come back talking about San Peligrino water like nothing happened...

1. Joe Rogan damn well knows what the fisa warrant is and what it’s about
2. He damn well knows he is not allowed to talk about it because it’s too fn real, and he could lose sponsors or be classified as hate speech.
3. THE EARRH IS FLAT JOE.

Are you implying that bill cunningham was disrespectful by referring to the president by his full name?

Love all the leftist pointing out Russia did most of the fighting. Without supplies from the West, Russia would have lost. BTW, by 1945 the US could vaporize Berlin or Moscow.

And Angela Merkel signing ...[roll]

I wouldn't let Macron sign.

My dad was in WW2...he hated the French.
The Leftists are right. Soviets in WW2 lost 9-11M in military & another 15M or so civilians. Our deaths were less than 410K (oops). So what if we paid for Soviets to die?

yeah the problem with that is they would have been fighting a more modern mechanized army in the west with Superior air Force.... Germans were terrified of British air power you double that or more with American airpower.... They would have been smoked.

The German soldier on D-Day if you saw a plane it was gray it was British if you saw a plane it was silver it was American if you didn't see a plane it was German.

This has nothing to do with who did the fighting.

They're pissed about calling him by his full name because it exposed exactly what he is: a foreign born Muslim.

Trumpsters don't like seeing memes like this. They scurry like roaches when the lights are turned on.

Think about that for a moment. You are considered disrespectful if you call a person by his name. A name he adopted and chose. When McCain called out Bill Cunningham over this I knew he did not have what it takes to be President and I knew he was going to get beat. He should have embraced what Cunningham said and not turn off a large portion of his base by acting like Tiny Tim tip toeing through the tulips. But he didn't and we end up with Obama and racism for 8 years.

Show me an editorial on any major site calling her out. Just one.

Just checked: CNN, ABC, MSNBC, WaPo, and NYT

Edit: I found one clip linked from Fox to MSNBC where a liberal called her out. Not on the MSNBC main page.

It might not have been The reason, but it was the straw that broke the camel's back. Prolly shouldn't tell students to boycott the university you want to have a voice at and not expect a push back.

The University of Alabama board of trustees voted Friday to give back a $26.5 million donation to a philanthropist who recently called on students to boycott the school over the state's new abortion ban.

Hugh F. Culverhouse Jr., a 70-year-old real estate investor and lawyer, has already given $21.5 million to the university after his pledge last September with the rest still to come. But in a news release last week, he urged students to participate in a boycott of the school.

Hours later, Alabama announced it was considering giving back his money, the biggest donation ever made to the university, and is expected to remove his name from the law school that was named in his honor.

While Culverhouse said he has no doubt Alabama is retaliating over his call for a boycott, the university said the dispute has nothing to do with that. Instead, officials say it was in an "ongoing dispute" with Culverhouse over the way his gift was to be handled.

The university said that on May 28 — the day before Culverhouse's boycott call — its chancellor recommended the trustees return the donation. The university said donors "may not dictate University administration" and that Culverhouse had made "numerous demands" regarding the operation of the school.

University administrators and trustees did not respond to requests for comment.

Culverhouse did not attend Alabama, but his parents did, and the business school bears the name of Hugh Culverhouse Sr., a wealthy tax lawyer and developer who owned the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Culverhouse called university officials "liars" over their account. He acknowledged there were some disagreements over the handling of his gift. He said he told university President Stuart Bell that the law school should admit more students and that his donation was to fund scholarships to achieve that. But he said he thought the matter had been resolved

How can someone be ok with a plan B pill but not with early term abortion? They both kill cells.

ETA - I agree with you that the plan B pill is the best way to end a pregnancy.
Plan B cells killing is before implantation on womb wall.

lazy as usual. 5128 pages without a centrist take btw.

Anyhoo, here is a couple from this year, media still digging at him for the comment. Hundreds cam up a google search, but linking you stuff is futile. And the argument of if the media treats Dems better than Reps is just too stupid to spend energy on. Much like if someone argued Holy Cross and UK were both championship programs, thus the same. The better answer to tell people that try to say that to GF themselves.

Yeah, that is really all he said isn’t it?

Obama, he said, is a "hack Dailey-style Chicago politician who is picturing himself as change. When he gets done with you, all you are going to have in your pocket is change.

"At some point in the near future, the stooges in the media – the New York Times, CBS, NBC , the Nobody But Clinton network, the All-Bill Clinton channel, ABC – at some point is going to peel the bark off of Barack Hussein Obama,''

I guess you’re just to young to remember when candidates were respectful of each other.
And don’t play stupid. The use of Hussein was an obvious attempt to characterize Obama as a Muslim and play to people’s fears especially in light of the birthers in part led by and what they were saying and doing.

You obviously didn’t read any of those opinion pieces because they are about McConnells hypocrisy, not one comment that he made. When you spend 8 years saying one thing and then when the shoe is on the other foot you do a 180 degree logic shift... people are going to say things and call you out.

Once again you fail to support your position with facts.

Cunningham is a conservative shockjock, and having said that i pretty much agree with those things you quoted him as saying.
I strongly lean toward the camp that believes bho is muslim, and that someday he will openly admit it, and he will probably be praised by many and given man of the year awards for coming out.
The thing i disagree with is that the media he mentions will ever peel any bark off of obama.

Don't worry. When the supreme court outlaws social media war on the 1st Amendment, then maybe conservatives and their opinions will get a fair shake. You nazi

It is time for Republican senators to shut up and let Donald Trump take care of negotiations with foreign nations. He will have Mexico on their knees if they get out of the way. They are way over their head when it comes to important matters. Just shut up Senate and have another Jack and coke. A man is in charge now and he can handle this job all by his lonesome.

Besides i can grow my own avocados, tomatoes and I don't drink Mexican beer. .

[roll] First off, if the US with all of our resources can’t control our border, what makes you think that Mexico can control theirs?

I said it yesterday. will create a crisis, bribe Mexican officials to say what he want to hear, declare victory while nothing changes.
The Mexican govt has about as much control over their police and army as Peter Pan. Drugs and people will still flow because they are both sources of income for police and Mexican army alike.

Well for one a certain political party does not want to control the borders. Your side wants open borders and let them in at will. With the billions on earth and many wanting to come to America where do we get the resources to house the billion that want to come here? Your side has already given us San Francisco and LA. Do you want that in every city and state? You probably do.

So if what you say is true let's shut down the border to Mexico 100% and tell them to sell their tomatoes and beer somewhere else. We do not need Mexico for any reason. We can pick our own beans and roof our own houses. This is a political stunt by the left to overthrow our way of life. Let millions come in, house them, feed them and give them free medical care. The system can be over run and your utopia of socialism will be an easy sell.

We can control our border. We have the military might to do it. If we can't, then you win and we may as well fold up our tent and forget about a sovereign nation. Isn't this your objective. Of course it is. .

Wait a minute, you bring up a war from more than 5 terms ago and then holler at me about bringing up some President from 5 terms ago?

Biden is current. Is he not the leader in the clubhouse right now?

Bernie is current. He was the leader in the clubhouse last year until some backroom shenanigans left him out. He may just be the leader again before it's all said and done.

I didn't evade shit. I continued on the subject of service that you brought up.

Trump is a draft dodger, Bernie is a draft dodger, Biden is a draft dodger. They're all CURRENTLY major players in the upcoming election.

You like to use that word coward a lot. I'm not backing away from anything, I'm coming right at you with responses.

You brought up service records, so I played the game by your rules and you didn't like it. Too bad. You popped off with Trump not having served, I popped off with others who also declined to serve.

As for Trumpy disrespecting McCain. He clearly didn't like the guy and the feeling was mutual. As far as Trump's patriotism, just because he was an ass to McCain doesn't mean he holds ill will towards the entire military. Let's not forget how he treated McCain and his family like royalty during the whole funeral process. How many people have gotten the Air Force 2 and laying in the wake on the hill treatment?

Generally speaking, I dare say folks in the military would argue Trump is one of the more patriotic pro-military Presidents they've seen.

In fact, libs seem to bitch when Trump wants to spend more on the military.
What he said.
