I don't watch any of them because I think they are all overpaid, hypocritical blowhards, but I don't see why anyone would complain about something they voluntarily consume. I don't like macaroni and cheese - guess what? I don't eat it.

The left will use this and other incidents like it in their continued fight against freedom of speech. They have to do this because in an open forum of ideas, the leftist ideals like those espoused by people like levi and other radicals in this thread fail miserably.

Socialism is no different. The core belief there is that we have enough wealth and productivity already, we can just hand it over to centralized control and redistribute it so no one is poor or hungry. This fails because the moment you actually do that, namely remove the incentive individuals have to better themselves and improve their lot in life, you realize cannot maintain the same wealth, the same productivity and no where near it. Instead you are left with a very small subset of intrinsically motivated people, a bunch of corrupt officials and thieves using that is their means of productivity to society, and a whole bunch of dissatisfied, lazy plebians who want more, but find there is no means to obtain it. And since the individual does not as matter as much as the collective, any individual ideas, or indeed the individuals themselves, can be dispensed with at a moments notice.

To be fair, Fox News is all over this too. Drug Cartels and violence in the Gaza Strip are normal. Even thought they happen way too often, shootings like this are still pretty few and far between comparatively.

Reporting it isn't the issue, it deserves some coverage, but the immediate narrative that is pushed before all the bodies can be scooped off the ground is the problem.

I’d love for Democrat media to compare the numbers of Islamic terrorism versus literally anyone else. It has been for several decades that white working class men have actively voted against their own economic interest that was being supported by Democrats. They have voted against organized labor resulting in the dissipation of the middle class in favor of "trickle down"...and what have they gotten for it? If your AR-15 is more important to you than your ability to earn a decent living and not rig the game even further in the direction of the 1% then that's on you. The GOP latched onto a couple of wedge issues and working class whites by large sold their souls so that the "real Republicans" could further stuff their pockets. Trump has paid for more abortions than most could count and would pay for another tomorrow if necessary and knows with his wealth he can always buy another regardless of legality but as long as he says what you want to hear...GBO!
So while the "white working class men" have been sliding down the economic ladder they have had to find others to blame. While they should be looking in the mirror they would rather blame it on minorities and the removal of barriers that have kept minorities down for so long.

The only thing that has changed with the Democratic party over the last 50 years is that is has opened its doors to those that for so long were met with closed doors. If that threatens you...
