The meeting is the pr show. Many steps already happened or they wouldn't risk this meeting. Remember it was a surprise that Pompeo already met with NK when that was announced. Trump calling off the summit was a negotiation tactic that should tell you that real decisions have been made. More will come but yes this is huge.
