That is exactly what was going on in some Florida schools. Those run by liberal Democrats. Palm Beach, Leon, Orange, etc.
Some schools took the position parents did not have the right to know the "gender" of their own child. A school in Tallahassee took a young girl, "under their wing" and assigned her male pronouns and treated her as a boy at school. She was told not to tell her parents. In the eyes of the school parents had no rights and they were the ones who would control this child. Her mother became one of the most outspoken for parental rights and spoke at the press conference.
Any person who supports such action has no business near a school. The people pushing this couldn't even tell the truth about the act. Gay is not mentioned in it and it applies to preK to 3rd grade. 5 to 8 year olds. Why would anyone object to a 5 to 8 year old being guided by their parents. Yet the MSM, Hollywood and corporate America lied, lied, lied and lied and twisted it into something it is not. Floridians do not care if you are a homosexual or LGTQGFU. Just keep your hands off of a child.
