I agree, but I guess he at least asked some questions. I also suspect if we go back and look at the context, it will probably not be as bad as you’re portraying.

Despite that, it doesn’t come close to the issue of a potential sitting member on the US Supreme Court not knowing what a woman is. That can have major implications on some decisions in the future. It also speaks to her severe lack of intelligence.

She believes the crime isn’t as bad because of the easy access these days. That completely ignores the fact demand for those pictures drives up the likelihood of more children getting abused and exploited. It’s a truly truly awful thing and should be met with the highest of penalties, end of story.

Edited to add this also plays in to the Dems outrage over that Florida bill. You lefty’s want to sexualize children and it’s truly disgusting. Kindergartners don’t need to learn about gay, straight, trans, or any other sexual orientation. They’re kids, which are not sexual beings. Allow them to be children without the sexual exploitation. That’s the problem with Jackson, there are federal sentencing guidelines that called for more than 10 years in prison! She gave them 3 months…I’ll say it again, 3 MONTHS!!! Then she rationalized it without providing one shred of case law to justify her incredibly light sentencing for pedos. You should try reading about this before blindly throwing your support behind this woman, oh sorry, I’m not a biologist, so I shouldn’t call her that.

Noone in good faith can vote to confirm this fool or a judge. Not only is her record absolutely abhorrent but time and again she displays an inability to grasp the simple most fundamental aspects of her job and function.

She has no idea if she believes in deterrence yet deterrence is a major factor required to be considered under 18 usc 3553a when sentencing a defendant. Every party before her that received an objectionable sentence should now just move to set that aside and ask for a new sentencing hearing. If you don't know what it is - you definitely didn't consider it as required.

If she can't define woman in the legal context then she's admitting he's incapable of adjudicating any case that involves sex. That includes among other things any equal protection or title 9 case. Nothing to do with employment discrimination. On and on.

She is one of the most incompetent unqualified judges I ever saw to hold any seat. She literally doesn't know what the law is so instead just makes some judgment call borne out of radical nonsense.

It is all political posturing, she just got confirmed for the DC Circuit last year 53-47. Be honest, you guys would be against any S Ct nominee Biden puts up, the reasons may differ from one candidate to the other, but you still would be against the choice, as would Cruz, McConnell, Hawley, et al. Anyone could see from 100 miles away that the vote is going to end up 51-50, or maybe 51-49 if a Republican breaks ranks, but Jackson is going to get confirmed.

As for me, I preferred Childs from South Carolina, a state court judge who went to public universities, breaking up the Harvard-Yale-Columbia Ivy League cartel.
