No. For representation in the USA Congress you count 3/5 of them. You don't slice each enslaved person into two pieces. And legally they weren't persons at all but property like cows. Had no legal rights. Might as well have said "count 1/10 of horses for representation". I'm sure they didn't count at all towards representation in slave states. Quit trying to twist the facts.

The actual reality is this, the black American won the lottery. Of the some 10 million slaves that came to the Americas, liek 300k ended up in the United States of America. Their descendants are the wealthiest, most prosperous black people on the planet, an integral and invaluable constituent/contributor to this nation's greatness.

The slaves imported into America did not win any lottery. And neither did their descendants till after 1964. Today & for the ~ last 30 years, yes.

Nothing in the original post was "racist fiction" it was a list of things that affected people in our country and my point was all history should be taught, the good and bad. I don't see how that's racist.
