Dems *still* twist themselves into a pretzel trying to defend this insanity.

They really want to argue this has nothing to do with their domestic policies, their foreign policies, their energy policies, their financial polices, and their immigration policies. Yup. Nothing to do with any of that. IN FACT, it’s Trumps fault. We are just too stupid to understand that. They’ll explain it to us tho 🙄

Well I got news for them. Bad news. The American people are about to show you what they think of you. And your leaders.

This is what they’ve always wanted tho. This is their utopia. Total liberal control of education, science, politics, media, tech, etc….you’d think they’d be happy with what they have created, taking the credit for it and Not blaming a former president who hasn’t been in office in over a year and has never been part of the swamp.

Yet it’s his fault liberals have their utopia? Hell, y’all should be celebrating the success of this admin BECAUSE ITS WHAT YOU ALWAYS WANTED.

We hate you and all of America is eager to show you exactly how much we hate you in November.

I’m keeping an eye on NCAA tourney ticket. prices.

Planning to attend in Pittsburgh next week. I’m starting to notice a little softening in prices.

I can only imagine what is going to happen as rising fuel and food prices hammer the middle class in the coming days.

And yet he, much like Trump, doesn’t hide.

But Biden?
It's funny how Dems constantly try to hide their people. They did it with Hillary and they did it with Biden. They know the more you see them, the less likable they are. The more evident what scum they are. They hide them and try to control everything like a PR firm.

After seeing how the press has been with Biden, if you're a Republican, you shouldn't bother with the press. No interviews. No taking their questions. If you're a reporter and acted like a hysterical loon during the Trump presidency yet are an apologist for Biden, you're not a reporter---you're a fraud; a propagandist.

They still have 34 months in the oval.

November will no doubt be a red wave, but they are proving just how powerful and damaging the executive branch of government can be.

And think, in ‘24, there will still be 70+ million people lining up to vote for Hillary Clinton,
or some other fascist.

I opted to not travel to go to a hockey game I was looking forward to as I'm not going to just piss money away with gas prices becoming insane.

I believe I read that is actually 3% deaths of reported adverse effects from the Vax, not total.

Still an astonishingly high number. If true. Who knows what to believe with this nonsense.
And that doesn't make the FALSE narrative pushed of 3% of all vaxxed any less disgusting. Of course many anti-covid vax supporters would never call it out but instead continue to support it.

I understand.

We have basically eliminated eating out for any local meals.

I still will do some travel this year, but no more “nice meals”. Fast food, and groceries will be the plan.

No one should miss the other natural resource listed there. COAL. There is already a coal shortage. My electricity is produced by coal and has been affordable because of it until this winter. I swear, it's almost like they want to people to rebel. Assholes.
Over 200 years ago, our ancestors would have put their heads on a pike. Pretty interesting how far we have fallen in allowing ourselves to become slaves, sign up for bigger government, more government control, more government surveillance, more taxes.

In the future owning cars will be like owning a cell phone. You will get a nice deduction from the purchase price if you sign a contract with the manufacturer / dealership. Then you will buy miles and insurance. If you run out of miles, they turn off your car.

Don't forget the taxes. The government won't.

Everything will be like this. Electric with be bought with carbon credits. Water will be the same way. Everything will be pay as you go and based off of how much you consume and how much work you do for the "environment". Internet, housing, food, all of it. You will own nothing.
So when I own nothing "and like it". What happens when my furnace breaks down or I need a new roof put on the home that's no longer mine? Who's my landlord? what kind of wait time will I experience to get the repairs? who foots the bill for them?

I have still noticed a handful around here right at $3.99, while others are at/around $0.30 more.

Not sure what the goal is. At this point, I am guessing $5.00.

Meanwhile, the baby seals are healthy, so there is that.

**Edit** I missed the message above about banning Russian imports. Thankfully, we have Iran and Venezuela to bail us out. 🥺
It's 3.99 out in Taylorsville where I Live, but that may change by the time I go home today. It was at 4.05 in Shelbyville yesterday when I went through there and they are typically 20-30 cents cheaper than in Louisville. All I know is it's getting ridiculous and the globalist numbnuts we have in charge of this country seem to be doubling down and telling Americans to suck it up. This is some epic BS.

This. Dems have ZERO accountability and refuse to be put in a position where they have to explain themselves. From their hand picked group of press members allowed into the briefings, to the fact you will NEVER see one of them do an interview with the likes of Tucker Carlson, or Laura Ingraham or Dan Bongino. They run and hide like scared dogs when confronted.
Trump did not shy away from anyone. He did interviews with 60 minutes, with George Snuffleufagus, just about anyone who asked for one in the MSM. He and his spokespeople faced a gauntlet of media attacks and leading questions on the daily.

3.99 in Danville too. But hey, just buy an electric car! Or pay these super high prices to stick it to Putin! Because no one has a family or anything like that, and everyone can afford to do these things!

It's hitting at a bad time. We're kindof in the same boat. But I am seriously expanding the garden and tenting it to protect it from critters this year. Wife is going to do a lot more canning as well. We tinkered with it some but ramping it up this year. Problem is, we're two months from getting everything in the ground and another two months from that before we start really being able to harvest much from the garden. Going to hit the Farmers Markets more too this year.

Had to laugh about the “critters”. We have deer in the woods nearby, and while we don’t see them much, they always tend to find any food my wife is growing (apparently between the hours of 1 AM and 4 AM).

Like I was saying before, the solution is so simple! If this guy who is only worth $75 million can afford it, anyone can! Dig in people!

Colbert should interview the trucker convoy - on stage.

They will tell you, “yes, we pass the price of fuel along, however, it still hits us when we buy groceries.”

Fine, drive your Tesla. Save on transportation costs. Not a dumb move, altogether. But don’t try and convince that this makes you immune from the rising cost of oil.

Thing is, the middle class probably has this ability to an extent to help mitigate the impact of record setting gas prices. Poor people probably still have to drive into their jobs each day though.

Let’s go Brandon.

Poor people have been hammered since March ‘20.

They were the “critical” workers, riding buses to warehouse and fast food jobs. Catching Covid for $12/hr and dying.

China is just waiting until the entire United States is forced into electric cars and a generation knows no life outside the metaverse to then hit us with multiple EMP attacks that take down the power grid and electronics.

They know how to play the long game as we’ve seen by their ability to buy the US federal government and post-secondary education system.

Just got my Electric Bill. New high of $314. I keep my house at 66 degrees in the winter. I checked the Fuel cost adjustment number and compared it against my last three bills. two months ago the multiplyer was -.002130/KWH (yes, a negative number, the cost adjustment was a credit) Last month it was .011700/KWH so a positive number. This month it jumped to .018580/KWH. so my cost adjustment this month was over $54 versus what would have been a $5.84 credit two months ago.

Can somebody with more knowledge than me explain the fuel cost adjustment? Also, when I divided the "Current Electric Charge" (pre cost adjustment) I noticed that cost/KWH had a bit of creep in it as well. going from 11.94 to 12.10 to 12.22 over the course of each bill.
