As a Warriors fan, hate this for Kerr but love the motivation and fire its giving the team to play for him.

But things are bigger than basketball and Kerrs comments about having a back surgery and the risks involved in that should be something that should be heard by anyone considering it. Said this in the Tiger Woods thread as well. I work with lots of patients similar to Kerr and witness many regrets more often than not it seems with these types of procedures.

lol. that either sets the bar for coaching the warriors really low, or it means that the players on the warriors are that much better than other teams.
