Not sure what's weird about a solo weekend away to do as you please, when you please. Ive more than earned it this year for reasons I won't discuss here. Free flight + Free hotel...she's not contributing a cent. Have a bankroll of 1K saved up, which should allow me to have a nice time with my pussy gambol style.

...but I can't wait. Can gambol, explore, & play all day long with no worries about her being "bored", which was the case last time. It's just not her scene there, and I felt rushed/guilty pretty much the entire time, so I'm going back to enjoy at my own pace.

Smartly Booked her a trip to Portland in December to see a friend, then told her in the next breath I was going back to Vegas for unfinished business on an upcoming weekend, she gets it -- gave her blessing, just said I can't invite ABH (which I already had)

She loves the guy, btw...maybe her favorite. She just knows that's a bad idea considering we almost die every time we are together...in Louisville or Cincy. And she's probably right.

All of this can be true and it's still weird. Really not knocking it (sounds amazing), but it's weird.

Going to a strip club by yourself just sounds depressing.

Was there two years ago solo, but for a work conference, don't think I left the Bellagio. It overlapped with CES, and the hookers pouring out of the elevator banks to go home at 6am on a Wednesday was pretty nauseating.

I didn't make it past 11pm (local time) last time, and will probably be the case again. I mean, that's 2am here. Found the talent rather underwhelming overall for those reasons. No clubs, etc. People were probably getting showered up by the time we were heading to bed.

Was hilarious walking the strip at 9am the next day and seeing SO many people dressed to the nines or on the Craps table who obviously hadn't been to bed yet. That's something I'll never get to experience there most likely, which I'm cool with at this point. Would be impossible without the drugs.

Did 36 hours in Vegas solo and it was glorious. Stayed on Eastern time. Only obligation was a wedding. Watched duke lose to Elon(iirc) Red eyed home for Iowa St in Louisville.

Guaranteed you do 50% less than you expect and it'll be great.

Agree on the 50% thing...that was the case last time and I was running around like an idiot trying to "do/see everything", which left me exhausted. Seriously went into every Hotel/Casino on the strip except Mandalay & Stratosphere, just b/c I didn't know if I'd make it back in the next 36 years.

That's why I think it will be awesome...have no plans, obligations, or pressure. Do want to check out Fremont for at least a few hours, just because, but other than that, nothing I feel like I 'need' to do.
