If you sign with a university to play baseball, you are committed for 3 years or 21st birthday. Should CFB do something similar so that a FR who redshirts doesn't transfer 3 or 4 times in their career? How can a coach build a roster if 15+% of his team could transfer every year? Age 21 may be a bit too restrictive but a 2- or 3-year commitment, from both sides, as a minimum would be a good move, imo. By the end of a player's second year (third year, for sure), both sides should know whether the kid will contribute or not and make the necessary move.

Kids would still be able to transfer but the school that signs them out of HS ought to have some assurance that they'll have him for at least 2-3 years.

Anybody ever been? Actually traveling Friday night/Saturday morning to Disney and thinking I’m going to have to go. I know it’s small so can’t imagine there is a bad seat.

For me, it's Doron Lamb, the unsung hero of the 2012 title team. AD got the glory, and deservedly so, but I feel Lamb's deadeye shooting and endless motion without the ball was just as important, especially in the title game.

Michigan look awesome on paper until you dig into strength of schedule where the wolves were 60th, while Bama had one of the hardest. I'm rolling with the Tide to win straight up.

I favor Washington slightly against Texas. Both teams had some very close games and honestly either one could have easily wound up 9-3. I see a close game so I'm taking the dog and the points.

We all come from different places on the Cats, but we love the program and long for it to return to glory. This team isn’t perfect, but it’s fun. It’s also full of skill and basketball IQ we haven’t seen in years at UK. This team has the dudes to do something special this season. They have flaws and will hit some bumps in the road, but they also have guys who aren’t afraid. I’m posting this to hold myself accountable to try and enjoy it and not get so pissed expecting so much. We all want 9. We wanted that years ago. It will come eventually.

In the meantime, let’s enjoy the ride this group takes us on.

Well....not a good look for UK defensive staff. Glad we gave them so many throws. Can only imagine what would've happened had we been trying to stop them. Just unacceptable...

Watched the OSu and NC games in that 2011 tourney last night.Forgot how much Liggins was in those games. Best defense and made so many big shots

I noticed our SOS is fairly poor this year, and wanted to known if that has a bearing on our offense or defense efficiency's? Or might it be a completly seperate entity to use having no bearing on a teams rank?

Ok I’m getting punked for this. For sure. Welp… here we go.

I think Justin Edwards has really played well in recent games. I understand the argument. He’s not the superstar we thought he was, he makes mistakes on defense, and the rim seems to have an unbelievable ability to stop him on dunks.

However, he’s actually been very efficient on offense the last few games. He has been quiet about it, but he’s put points on the board and has accepted his role. On defense, he’s making typical freshman mistakes, but he’s improving. He’s one game away. I really believe that he is going to have a game where he dominates, and it’s going to set that kid off. If Edwards clicks…we’re as unstoppable on offense as any team I have ever seen here. I mean…we average over 90 points so we’re pretty darn good. But if we have Edwards doing what he is capable of…yikes!

And he COULD be very good defensively if he takes it seriously. He has the ability.

Even dribbles, hesis, and shooting form looks just like him. But bigger.

And that’s really damn good.

Welcome to the Official Kentucky v Clemson Prediction Contest!

In addition to the 12 team playoff, a portion the bowl sponsorship money should go to the players. And you have to play in the game to get your share. That would cut down on the opt outs.

Coaches look for a point guard to have a 2/1 assist to turnover ratio. This year the team has a better than 2/1 ratio. That ladies and gentleman is elite. Last game it was 23 assists to 6 turnovers. The team leaders in turnovers are Rob and Reed tied at 1.6 per game. That's just stupid good. Can anyone remember a team that valued the basketball as well?

They have a good program. Win 9+ games almost every year.

However, they're clearly #3 at best in the B10 annually. Now add in USC, UCLA, OR and WA and that may not be true. Have consistently gotten walloped by OSU and MI most years. Bowl record is not outstanding.

PSU draws 100k+ to big home games. Tons of fan support, money and good in-state recruiting. Are PSU fans going to OK paying Franklin the big bucks to finish 3rd-6th in the new B10? I wonder.
