That outside of the state nobody really cares anymore. We are no longer feared by anyone and we aren’t truly close to being a title contender. We have had one great team in a decade. That isn’t the Kentucky Basketball I grew up up with and it is sad the level of play we have allowed ourselves to deem acceptable.

We just got completely punked on our home court by a man that would have killed to be the coach here. Anyone with a brain knew he was the guy after Hurley turned it down. This program is a shell of itself and you can thank Eli, Mitch, and the BOD for that.

Has anyone been fortunate enough to watch or heard how CMP is at practice ? His sideline demeanor during the games is definitely different for us CAT fans but during this tourney run when it’s lose and your done has got me going crazy how calm he is. When Williams is missing point blank shots at the rim when he should just dunk the ball and the camera scans to CMP he is as cool
as a cucumber. Kudos for him but I’m wanting to butt chewing 😂
What works works and I’m all in on Coach but just curious how he stays so calm. Never seen a major college coach never really get worked up when so much is on the line.

Just curious if he’s like this all the time, I’m guessing yes. It would take most people a lot of medication to remain that calm.

Here's hoping that Lamont gets to D up Little Z for the entire game this time. And that the referees don't allow the same mugging that he took down in Knoxville.

Just read that our win over Illinois busted the last perfect bracket. Serves them right. 😄

Unusual that an opposing team had more fans at an NCAA tournament game than we did.

He did outstanding for a long time, then he didn't for quite a while. He left. HE LEFT...not fired. The players left...their schooling weren't taken.

Pope is the coach. Next 3 to 5 years will show if he stays the coach.

It's rare when we're fully united about a coach...

March 2014-March 2015 was the last time basketball felt this way.
Football was united in 2018 plus the Bowden year...and 2021 too.

But this fan base is just happy now. Always a few cry babies and know-it-alls...but the fans this year just love this team. We aren't demanding perfection. This coach GETS IT AND GETS US. And it's just the beginning....

Cal's results could've been tolerated had he shown interest in the job....

Since Kentucky is closer to Indy and BBN normally gets in is it reasonable to expect UK will have more fans in attendance at next weeks Midwest regional as opposed to UT. I sure hope BBN gets in big time.
