✅I still say very much part of the reason Saban retired was because he was stuck with Milroe and knew he wasn’t going anywhere with that guy and was too tired for a wasted season or more.
Basically, yeah, that’s how it works. All these players have agents. If a school/coach makes a deal with a player and don’t hold up their end of the agreement that agent won’t push recruits toward said school. My point is if it's all a "joke," then there really is no binding obligation to pay him to be here for another year, if that is indeed the situation.
We have people predicting Brock is going to transfer in the spring. How is that possible if there is such a deal in place? No obligation to fulfill his "contract?"
I dont believe there are. I believe there are only trolls at this point. If there are Cal huggers left it has to be a handful or less just waiting for the first loss. It’ll be obvious. It amazes me to think that after what we have had so far this season, and what Cal put us through the latest few seasons, that there are ANY Cal first fans left. How can that be?
But my point still stands; players and coaches were not being paid comparable to today so there was a lot more temptation to do dishonest things for money then.Yeah but our players got paid. Rupp was paying some of our guys 50 and 60 per game, which was decent money back then
He should have been a couple weeks ago. Brock has been a bust IMO. We need to beat the LilBros. He is our best bet...I think.Didn't this time but rocked the waitress a 30 percent tip for keeping the buckets of beer coming. Only thing that sucked was Ky football. Cutter Boley has to be the man going forward.
