So, if you listened to what she said, it was the Supreme Court that said that courts lacked jurisdiction over removal under that law. As in - courts determine what is or is not reviewable, and not the executive. If Judge Boasberg is wrong then the DC Circuit or the Supreme Court will reverse. The solution is not to get an angry mob together to "impeach" the judge.
Judge Boasberg is most definitely wrong. I concur that impeaching the judge is a complete waste of time.

The “solution” is for the Trump administration to ignore his bogus ruling and go about their business of protecting American citizens from evil foreign gang members who are in this country illegally and have committed multiple crimes in this country.

Es todo.

DOGE at work (stopped 75 million to design website customer surveys/tried to award 830 million to conduct the surveys, Social Security finally has marked the 3.2 million people 120 or over getting benefits as deceased, etc)

The picture is the survey all that money was producing:

As an example, FCG brokered a $75M contract to design website customer satisfaction surveys, and then attempted to award $830M to conduct similar surveys. The latter contract was discovered by Interior and DOGE, and cancelled before signature. Example of the work product:

Slam dunk. This is exactly why the ruling of the lower court judge is both unconstitutional and fraudulent. It ignored all case law before it. The fact that he made the ruling official should be grounds for removal because he has demonstrated his inability to 1. Remain impartial and 2. Follow the law, as his position mandates, and 3. Recuse himself from cases where he or his sphere of influence has a conflict of interest.

He's not there to interpret the law. He's there as a mediator to ensure a fair trial and that the law is followed and NOT IGNORED. Judges are not interpreters that get to play gods and goddesses. The notion that they EVER WERE is not grounded in reason.
I know you believe you’re an expert on everything but there are very few black and white issues in the law. A 1948 case set during WWII is a lot different than the current situationwhere there is no declared war. Whether the judge was right or wrong will be determined by a higher court, as if should be. Not by you or a reporter who don't understand the issues.

Your comment that the judge should act as a mediator shows you have no business commenting on this issue.

I know nothing about Rhode Island, or its politics, but Block lost to Allan Fung in the Republican primary by 3,131 votes in a light turnout, as Fung earned 17,530 votes (54.9%) to Block's 14,399 (45.1%). Gina Raimondo won the governorship with 131,899 (40.7%) over Fung 117,428 (36.2%). Raimondo won the election, becoming the first Democrat to be elected governor since Bruce Sundlun in 1992 (Chafee had been elected as an Independent in 2010, switching to the Democratic Party during his term). Raimondo became the first female governor in Rhode Island history.

Ken Block unsuccessfully ran for governor of Rhode Island in 2010 and 2014.
My research indicates that he did not have a PAC, nor did he ever receive any money from a PAC.
My research via Block's Campaign Finance Summary indicates $858,217 (2014) and $554,871 (2010) = $1,413,088 in contributions.
I could not locate what Block's unused funds balance was, but it's my understanding that none can be used for personal expenses.
I could not locate what his book sales are, but there are links below to order it.

I still think it was a shame that he was not a guest on Fox News and other right-leaning broadcast outlets to present his research and its findings. His was an objective, take me where the fact lead me, study and he made that clear with Trump's campaign before the contract for his services was signed. There are many people in this country who never heard of Ken Block or his study and its results, unfortunately.
Great, you typed a lot of stuff to agree with me. Book deals are used as payoffs for turning a blind eye.
Amy Coney Barrett recused herself from election cases in 2020 because she hadn’t been there long enough she said, got a 2 million dollar book deal shortly thereafter.

Bill Barr, told Prosecutors to stand down, said there was no fraud, got a 5 million dollar book deal shortly thereafter.

There was fraud in 2020, it was obvious then, but it’s been proven now, clearly defending Block at this point is just ignorant. He clearly didn’t look into anything.

Truman enacted it when there wasn’t a war declared.
The SCOTUS has already ruled on this, the President has the authority, granted to the executive by the Congress, the judiciary has ruled its Constitutional.

New statement from Stephen Miller: "Even on the Supreme Court, it takes the agreement of five Supreme Court justices to change a federal policy. Five."

"Even on the Supreme Court, it takes the agreement of five Supreme Court justices to change a federal policy. Five. A single district court judge out of 700 cannot set policy for the entire nation, let alone on national security and public safety issues."

"The president's clear:
he has tremendous respect for Justice Roberts and believes it's essential the Supreme Court crack down and stop this assault in our democracy from these radical rogue judges that are usurping the powers of the presidency and laying waste to our entire constitutional system."

Truman continued to invoke the law after WWII the same way it was used during the war. The fact that there is no real war now and has not been a war presents the legal issue. It is not a question of constitutionality of the law. It is a question of whether if the law permitted Trump to do what he did. It’s a bona fide legal issue. And whether the courts should defer to Trump on this issue is certainly a part of it.

Been a little busy today and it's hard to keep up with the news.....so, has the Justice of the Peace in Hazard ruled against Trump today?
Someone told me that he had ruled that he was taking over the dept. of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Something to do with his cousin owning a still up in the hills.

Like I wrote, he used it when there wasn’t a War.
There doesn’t have to be a War, which is what the judgement rendered by the Supreme Court was about. The SCOTUS has already decided this, the Judge knows it. It’s a fishing expedition.

I have no idea how quickly Bondi can reverse things in the DOJ and get indictments rolling, and being that it’s only been < 2 months, I’m willing to give her a bit more time. But so far she’s been quite disappointing.
Oh no, don't get me wrong. I too believe that it probably will take more time and hopefully she gets the job done, but so far, she seems to be self-absorbed into the position. That and the two things so far that were supposed to be big reveals have turned out to be nothing burgers so far.

No doubt that it will happen.

He didn't mention when the guy shot Steve Scalise and was trying to kill several Republicans practicing for the annual congressional baseball game.

It's only by miracle the leftists haven't killed an elected Republican so far.

And don't forget Joy Reid went on her show and said well Scalise kind of deserved it cause he wants to take away your healthcare or something like that. They don't hide their blood lust.

'Riley Gaines, a decorated former NCAA swimmer for the University of Kentucky, praised the Trump administration on Wednesday after it was announced that $175 million in federal funding to the University of Pennsylvania had been paused over the university’s inclusion of transgender athletes in women’s sports......Gaines, a former 12-time NCAA All-American swimmer, found herself at the center of national attention when she tied with UPenn’s Lia Thomas, a transgender swimmer,'

What and where is the proof that there was outcome determinant fraud in the 2020 election ??
I am not aware that it is both obvious and proven. Block and his firm looked into every claim that the Trump campaign asked him to, including ALL of the claims submitted to the courts and turned down. Their research revealed nothing that supported the claims of outcome determinant fraud in the election ... and that is what they disclosed in their report.

Not sure what the end game is here. If they "Kill Tesla" that doesn't automatically stop Musk from doing what he's doing for Trump. They have to "Kill" SpaceX, StarLink and every other Musk venture as well. Just an entirely moronic worldview these idiots have.
It happens to every single person who challenges the establishment. The beast always comes for the wealth if they can't kill the person by character assassination or literal assassination. There is a reason most of the signers of the Declaration of Independence died poor.

First, who thought they weren't always listening? Second, if you have one of these get rid of the pos. You can design your own private system that does everything an Alexa can do and more for just a little more $.

It was stolen, it was stolen by using mass mail in ballots and removing election integrity safeguards.
Block was paid to not find anything, if he looked at all.
Where is your proof of this claim ?? Mail-in ballots are bar-coded.
Why would the Trump campaign hire and pay him $750,000 not to find anything ??

They didnt, they expected him to investigate, which he clearly didn’t.

In this article he claims as hearsay of truckloads of ballots and ballots in a ditch. The first wasn’t hearsay, it was the driver of the truck in a sworn affidavit. The ballots were shown on camera in a ditch, they were actually in a ditch.
Those are things he mentioned where he mistakes the facts because it’s inconvenient.
The chefs kiss is stating Barr and Raffensberger gave him praise for his work.

When you look at what has happened to those who dared try. Killary comes to mind from a more present (Last couple decades or so...) I can see the hesitancy, caution, and proper extended planning...

We got several free Alexas over the years with major purchases. Never plugged a single one of them in over the years. No regrets on that.

It's not necessarily what you say TO your devices, but everything you say around them, for which there is no button to deselect the option. It's bad enough that our phones and smart tvs have the capability to "passively" listen to everything and then spam you with ads and more. If I want anyone involved in our conversations, I'll invite them over. If I want to shop, I'll do it for myself.
