Does she know what she's talking about?
So, if you listened to what she said, it was the Supreme Court that said that courts lacked jurisdiction over removal under that law. As in - courts determine what is or is not reviewable, and not the executive. If Judge Boasberg is wrong then the DC Circuit or the Supreme Court will reverse. The solution is not to get an angry mob together to "impeach" the judge.

Well he didn't hit a power plant did it? So he's holding up his end of the bargain with Trump.

Peace in our time. Where's Neville Chamberlain when we need him. LOL.
There is no negotiation with Putin period.
Trump's just way too narcissistic and delusional to comprehend that fact.
Old man Biden was clueless on many things but Ukraine was not one of them.

Jump the gun much? Good grief, some of you really need to step back and let the dust settle in regards to decisions that are being made. Way too many knee jerk I need to know reactions on here of late.
Epstein files?? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

If your life savings are disappearing, you have them in the wrong place(s).
When the stock market has lost 10 percent of it's value......there's not one American alive that hasn't lost a portion of their life savings to Trump's BS policies.
Ask Musk if you don't believe me.

Maybe the angry mob can just burn her car and put her address on a public website?

After all, not one democrat has condemned these actions so they must be acceptable.

That Sara Adams chick mentioned this same thing a few days ago. ISIS is going to attack a moderate sized city by hitting a hospital and trying to take hostages.

HIGHLY CREDIBLE THREAT: ISIS-K is actively planning coordinated, multi-city terrorist attacks on U.S. hospitals in the coming weeks.
METHOD: Vehicle-Borne Improvised Explosive Devices (VBIEDs) followed by armed assaults and hostage scenarios.

TIMING: Intelligence suggests these attacks must occur before Al-Q’aida’s planned aviation/D.C. attack, likely making hospitals a prelude to a larger-scale operation.

HIGH CASUALTY RISK: These hospitals are soft targets—low security, high foot traffic, and critical infrastructure.

IMMEDIATE ACTION: All Level One trauma centers in mid-tier cities should review security, identify pre-attack reconnaissance, and implement emergency response measures now.
From the sound of it they will be hitting multiple hospitals at once. Louisville and Lexington fit into that mid-tier city category.

My problem is saying "there is NO evidence of cheating". There most certainly was cheating. We've seen plenty of evidence of that. The question is how much and was it enough to shift the election. When people claim it was the most perfect election ever and there is no evidence of any shenanigans, I think it shows a bias all its own. LOL. Hell, some people did go to jail, some dead people did vote, illegal aliens did vote, mail in ballots were counted without signatures or nonmatching signatures.

In addition, they've proven that 51 Intel officials lied on purpose about the Biden laptop and federal agencies went further rogue and censored all media about the laptop as well. That was the clearest form of election interference ever had. Knowingly suppressing facts that helped Joe Biden.

Yes , Dore, exactly, and considering that SCOTUS ruling is not ambiguous, the point is that Boasberg , unless he is incompetent or stupid, knows that as well….better than any of us. So why would he go ahead and issue an order he knows is contra clear SCOTUS precedent?

The SCOTUS has already ruled on this, in 1952.

By "ISIS" do they mean the ones we trained, supported, and activated, or do they just mean US agents posing as "ISIS," OR do they mean illegals brought here and paid to stay here that they will activate to undermine and terrorize our citizens? Just wanting to clarify so we know how to respond.

See, if we shoot an undercover agent without our knowledge, as citizens are we going to be railroaded and hidden in the legal system if not taken offshore to be disposed of....? If we shoot an illegal, would we be OK, as long as they're not part of a protected class of people? Non-white, non-Christian, or non-heterosexual of course, and if they don't have diplomatic immunity... If we shoot an actual ISIS member, hopefully they'll be carrying an ID or membership card, will we or won't we be charged with anything....?

We really need to have someone clarify the rules of engagement now, as well as monetary rewards for the capture or deletion of said actors, as well as what forms of torture are allowed to extract information from them before they die of lead bacon inhalation.

This has been the goal of globalists/New World Order- import the third world to the west. Third world people lead to more government control. Most of these people are stupid and/or the concept of freedom is foreign to them, they're easier to conquer, they have no ties to national interest or the ancestors that built the west.

(((Globalists))) have been very particular on targeting whites. Those are the ONLY people standing in the way of global tyranny.

Many don't have assets in stock market. If you can't absorb a mere 10% drop in prices, you shouldn't have any assets there either. Buy CD's/TIPS. You think Musk is worried about radical libs attacking his companies? I don't.

When was the last time the stock market hasn't come back from a drop?

Slam dunk. This is exactly why the ruling of the lower court judge is both unconstitutional and fraudulent. It ignored all case law before it. The fact that he made the ruling official should be grounds for removal because he has demonstrated his inability to 1. Remain impartial and 2. Follow the law, as his position mandates, and 3. Recuse himself from cases where he or his sphere of influence has a conflict of interest.

He's not there to interpret the law. He's there as a mediator to ensure a fair trial and that the law is followed and NOT IGNORED. Judges are not interpreters that get to play gods and goddesses. The notion that they EVER WERE is not grounded in reason.

When a suit is brought forward, there has to be a reason. Someone has to have been harmed in some way and be seeking a remedy in court. Easy to say, "I'm going to lose my house because they stopped payment." Clear harm, if true.

Not so easy to say, "I was harmed that that organization paid the money, even though the receiver wasn't doing what they said they were doing," and have it ruled upon. But that's the problem with the courts. The govt isn't fraudulently taking all of your money or your house to pay Chelsea Clinton 800k/yr or MObama 100k per month. They are defrauding EVERYONE of $1 here and $.25 there.

There shouldn't need to be standing to shut down these frivolous and fraudulent payments and the suits brought to force them to be made. It's racketeering, embezzlement, and extortion all rolled up into a nice little ball of worms with the govt at the center of it. It should be clear that a fraud perpetuated on the people/system needs to stop, and the people receiving the money ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY for perpetuating the fraud.

THIS is WHY there's no reason for ANYONE in the DOJ to NOT bring charges, indictments, and arrests IMMEDIATELY. NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER.

"WE are a charitable organization that helps people escape poverty."

"Have you helped anyone besides yourself escape poverty?"

"No. But I have a mansion in Martha's Vineyard."

"We have new accommodations for you and some shiny new bracelets."

Give it six months or so. When the stock market rebounds and starts climbing, ol Sam will start crowing about how he can't afford to invest in the stock market and it just makes the rich even richer. I hope someone on here is saving proof of all of his posts.

Exactly.

The Bible is what tells you that isn't the Israel of the Bible.

God still views the descendants of Abraham through Jacob as His chosen people. If they repented of THEIR ways and returned to HIS ways, they "would be brought back into the land." "If they turned away" again, "they would be vomited out" of it.

The people living there have done neither, so what does that say? That's a legitimate question to me.

It's up to God who has control of the land at all times, and for His reasons alone. Glad I'm not the judge

Exactly. Politically or religiously the two issues are separate for me. It may not be that way for others.
Daniel's 70th week (Seven year tribulation period) is God dealing with the nation of Israel. He knows who Israel is!

lol, so he ran for governor of a state he knew he couldn’t win. I’ll bet he had a pac, and I bet that pac and that book deal paid him handsomely…
I know nothing about Rhode Island, or its politics, but Block lost to Allan Fung in the Republican primary by 3,131 votes in a light turnout, as Fung earned 17,530 votes (54.9%) to Block's 14,399 (45.1%). Gina Raimondo won the governorship with 131,899 (40.7%) over Fung 117,428 (36.2%). Raimondo won the election, becoming the first Democrat to be elected governor since Bruce Sundlun in 1992 (Chafee had been elected as an Independent in 2010, switching to the Democratic Party during his term). Raimondo became the first female governor in Rhode Island history.

Ken Block unsuccessfully ran for governor of Rhode Island in 2010 and 2014.
My research indicates that he did not have a PAC, nor did he ever receive any money from a PAC.
My research via Block's Campaign Finance Summary indicates $858,217 (2014) and $554,871 (2010) = $1,413,088 in contributions.
I could not locate what Block's unused funds balance was, but it's my understanding that none can be used for personal expenses.
I could not locate what his book sales are, but there are links below to order it.

I still think it was a shame that he was not a guest on Fox News and other right-leaning broadcast outlets to present his research and its findings. His was an objective, take me where the fact lead me, study and he made that clear with Trump's campaign before the contract for his services was signed. There are many people in this country who never heard of Ken Block or his study and its results, unfortunately.

Hell yes. But I don’t see why that’s even necessary. Drone strike them into oblivion.

What’s Mexico going to do about it?
It's necessary because once the US declares something a weapon of mass destruction it give the admin the necessary latitude it needs to declare a war on terror and avoid things like judicial or congressional interference; i.e. Bush pulling an end run to invade Afghanistan.

On the downside I worry what might happen domestically. The last thing we need is another 40 year war on drugs that has done little but fill corrupt people's pockets.

What is Mexico going to do? Hopefully cooperate to whatever extent they can. Rooting the cartels of out the mountains won't be an easy task, especially if Ukraine sold them manpads. China will almost certainly smuggle them weapons as well. It won't be as easy as pushing a button.

Jump the gun? Bondi is forcing gun owners who were unlawfully attacked by the ATF to submit to BACKGROUND CHECKS to get their stuff back. They already won at SCOTUS but that's not enough for Bondi. She's a gun grabber.

Wife just went to the grocery. She dgaf about politics. Came into house and starting railing about how much grocery prices have gone up in the last couple of weeks.
Dropped 177 bucks on some hair products/lotion/body spray and minor grocery items. It filled about 4 plastic bags.
Way worse than anything under Biden thanks to the tariffs now effecting packaging and cost of materials.

Just another stupid rant. Grocery prices have not gone up since Trump came in. Where do u live, Ethiopia? The stuff you post is so off the wall it’s frightening. How do you make it day to day? How did you find a woman than can tolerate you? You two must make a scary couple. 🙀🙀🤷🤷
