Nah, and a jury obviously made an appropriate verdict. One of my favorite quotes about this trial came from the Hamilton County Prosecutor when he was asked if he thought that a jury in Hamilton County would have reached the same verdict. His response was that a jury trial would have been an moot question because there would not have been an indictment in the first place.🤣
