Judge Merchan doesn't care. He's known for a long time that this is going to get tossed with a quickness. Even the liberals acknowledge that this is beyond absurd. Grosskreutz pointed a firearm at Rittenhouse after Rittenhouse had just shot and killed an unarmed person. Possibly a reasonable response given the circumstances.
