Man, talk about total suck. Just total.
I'm more upset about a potential tournament cancellation than I am about the thousands of $ my stock portfolio lost so far this month.
Do they do that when a player has the flu? hell Hagans and Richards played against Evansville with the flu according to Calipari. These are some of the healthiest people on the planet. They are very low risk. If they get it, They will recover from it and their symptoms will likely be mild. To an extent, I get the banning of spectators, to protect those that might be in a higher risk category, but I would hope most of those people would be smart enough to ban themselves from attending something where they might risk exposure. 1 in 247K people diagnosed with it in this country. More people (of all ages) have DIED from the flu this year than have been diagnosed with Coronavirus.
So tell me what actions Saints Obama or Hillary would have taken that would have helped the public?
I had $260 on Kentucky to win the SEC tournament
Had $250 on five teams (50 a piece) in the NCAA tournament
Had already beat $700 on The Masters
(Masters hasn't cancelled but if every other sport shuts down golf probably will too)

If China tops out at 100000, how the heck is the US going to have MILLIONS of cases.
Listen Ding Dong. I'm fully aware that number is going to change. My post was referencing the CURRENT statistics. I'll go out on a limb and say also that once these testing kits come available and more and more people turn up with it, that the mortality rate will fall more in line with the common flu as well.
They wouldn’t have dismantled the CDC thus allowing them to get test kits developed and distributed before they were needed, not trying to play catch-up as we are doing.
They also would have allowed the public health officials speak, not filtering everything through the White House concerned about any political ramifications.
They wouldn’t try and belittle the problem and thus setting the attitudes of people that they shouldn’t be concerned.
