I've been wrong more than I've been right, but my guess is unless the Dems nominate a homosexual, black voters won't swing for Trump by more than a few percentage points.

In 2016 the breakdown was: (D) 88%, (R) 8%, other 4%. I could maybe see it going something like 86/12/2, but you have to remember that most black voters are either in the Deep South, Illinois, or New York. So their votes aren't really going to affect the electoral map unless they really turn out for Trump anyway
They matter in Trump holding WI/MI/PA/NC. Might tip VA.

Who and where? Tell me who this person is. My family has more than our share of farmers and ranchers and they know how to grow food and put it on their table. So I say BS because I have never met a farmer who would take food stamps.

Who pays for this farmers equipment to run his farm? Have you ever bought a tractor?

So you’re saying that they won’t take farm subsidies either? The value of those subsidies > value anyone is receiving in food stamps.
Unless they are not accepting any subsidies then claiming they won’t take food stamps is purely semantics.

Did the OP really start this thread to explain how and why Communism/ Socialism doesn’t work?

Hey OP..can you tell us why home testicular surgery may be unfavorable? I’m on the fence on this one—and also struggling with the idea of Section 8 Hot Tub and bar instillation.

Thanks in advance

Of course you are. Because you can think for yourself. Which also means you are not their target idiot.

Msm is playing their role perfectly. Driving fear which drives sell offs and concerns (above the legit supply chain concerns) all in hopes of crashing the economy.

If there is any significant number of cases here, lord help us. Because that will be used to drive fear non-stop. Assuming of course the msm libs can stop high fiving each long enough to write a story
Drive fear or simply reporting facts?

I guess your suggestion is that they sit on the story and not report it?

Why do I know that if a Dem was in office you’d be cheering hoping this lasts until November.

How about those 100+ tweets from your hero about Ebola in 2014? Is not turnabout fair play? Should the Dems throw each and every stupid tweet...and they were all stupid, back in his face? He tried to create a panic...

Elect a clown, get a circus.

At this point it's absolutely fear.

I never cheer against a president. If a president fails, it means we all fail.

I don't have a hero.

Ebola is not a good comparison. That was highly fatal. This has a 2% mortality rate and even less amongst healthy people. In other words it's about as fatal as the flu. See paragraph 1.

In two years there were a total of 28K cases and 11,000 deaths. In one month we have seen 83,000 cases, 3,000 deaths to date from COVID-19.

And you shouldn’t listen to . The flu has a mortality rate of .1% or 1/20th that of this virus. Extrapolate that out...if this strain becomes as wide spread as the flu from this past year then it could kill 280,000 people world wide.

Ebola was highly fatal but not highly contagious. This is highly contagious.

Amongst healthy people this is no more fatal than the flu. It is much more contagious now because of where it is: in a city that has mind-blowing population density. Had Ebola broken out in the same area, the number would be much higher.

This is something to keep an eye on. But not something to panic about.

hahahahahahaahahahaha

I literally have been thinking about that show Doomsday Preppers, and how people used to make fun of all the hillbillies who were worried about a superbug/bio-event, a natural disaster (hurricane, wildfire, flooding), major power outages...all of which we've had...

hahahahahahahahaha...

"stupid country bumpkins..." people would say

none of those things have nor will totally stop or set back the world much more than a quarter or two...but all of those things happen fairly regularly...

have natural disasters every year, and every few years it'll be a real bad year of flooding on one side of the country and wildfires or at least draught on the other.

We have the flu season every year, and then every few years we'll have something else come out of China, or even ebola out of Africa...

I seriously got the water just in case of a terror attack on power grid or water supply when they (Homeland Security) were warning about it a few years ago. After the water, the food just made sense, I guess.

The coupon crazy hoarders are the ones really having the last laugh with their mini warehouse pantries.

Outside of china, covina 19 has a mortality rate equal to or less than the flu. So which data is more accurate, china or outside of china? Also do you even attempt to account for the tens of thousands of people infected but not seeking treatment? By all accounts, this virus is very mild the vast majority of the time, which means most are not seeking treatment of any kind. So much fear mongering and it's no surprise it's almost all the left doing it.

Ebola spreads through direct contact with body fluids. That’s fairly easy to control and contain. Airborne viruses are much, much more difficult to contain.

There was a Chinese study of 72k cases of coronaV, the overall fatality rate of the study was 2.3%...there were no fatalities in children 9 or younger...15% fatality rate for people 80+, 8% 70+, elevated risk for people with pre existing conditions...in the epicenter, Wuhan 2-4%, everywhere else in the world less Iran .7%.

China and Iran have had the worst problems.

SARS was 9.5% fatality rate.

Of course they are. No one contests that. It just isn't worth driving the immense panic that the msm is gleefully driving.
