That's the thing if Bernie gets the nomination, hes never been fully vetted or had oppo dropped on him. In 2016,the R's said nothing bc of the hell he was giving clinton. Last month, a medical student from China was also charged in Boston with trying to smuggle vials of research specimens in a sock in his suitcase bound for China. Zaosong Zheng, who was in the U.S. on a visa sponsored by Harvard, is accused of stealing the materials from a lab at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Zheng was held without bail by a judge who ruled he was a flight risk. His attorney, Inga Bernstein, said in an email Tuesday that they are “looking forward to a jury trial so our client can be found not guilty.”
“All of them were either directly or indirectly working for the Chinese government at our country's expense,” Bonavolonta said of Lieber and the others.

The feds last month also accused a Chinese medical student of trying to smuggle cancer research specimens out of the country.
Zaosong Zheng, 30, had been working in Boston when he was nabbed in December at Logan International Airport allegedly trying to smuggle 21 vials of biological research in his bag as he tried to board a flight for China.
The feds say Zheng admitted that he stole the vials from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where he worked as a cancer researcher.
Meanwhile, a lieutenant in China’s People’s Liberation Army, Yanqing Ye, 29, is accused of lying on her visa application to gain entry into the US, claiming she was just a student.
While working at Boston University’s Department of Physics, Chemistry and Biomedical Engineering from 2017 to 2019, Ye also was taking orders from Chinese military officers to conduct research, assess US military Web sites and send US documents back to China, the feds allege.

"Lawsuits are inevitable when you actually build something and do something, neither of which you all know anything about. Settling lawsuits don't mean I did anything wrong. It just means I made a business decision to resolve a dispute."
And that's 100% true in business. If you are in business, you WILL be sued. Not a matter of if just when and how often.
