I hope you got laid if you missed a national championship game. Or at least a hojo to go.
Nope. Drunk at a party when a hot girl said she wanted to go to the movies later on that week .Said yes without even thinking about the day. Forgot about the date the day of cause I was getting pumped for the game. Chose the date instead of the game, 9 years later still together though.
The 9 years is the only thing I will cut you slack over. There is no woman on earth that I would miss a national championship game for. And I have been married 20 years.

Let's focus just on the manufacturing sector for a minute...
What's it like for American plants, especially in small town America, when they have to compete with Mexico for plant locations? How or why would a company keep a plant in Frankfort, KY that has unionized employees with high labor costs, has to comply with OSHA standards, and has to meet government regulated environmental standards? When they can simply move the plant to Mexico where they don't have any of the above restrictions and can thusly operate the plant at less than half the overhead cost...and yet still have free reign to turn around and sell their product in the US without tariff restrictions.
It's not a balanced playing field. It's not even the same ballpark.
Just looking at one of those factors for a moment...manufacturing labor costs in Mexico are up to 80% cheaper than American unionized plants. The average manufacturing wage in Mexico as of April of 2019 was $4.74/hr. FOUR EFFING SEVENTY FOUR

Yeah, no sh*t. Dude got 3 hots, a cot, plumbing, AC, TV, library, crafts, internet, and even religion for a year or whatever, got released and was like "nah, f*** this..."
The immigration issue in Europe is on another level though.
Central America has it's issues, and we do get plenty of bad apples from there, but my god the places from which the European immigrants are coming from.
The cultural issues that are causing them to flee and that influence their behavior...don't think I need to explain it as it's been well documented...
