I think some of you guys are getting too upset about female leads in fiction movies. Like that 105 pound blonde skank in Westeros can really lead an all male army and tell 3 dragons what to do? Come on! Total BS, why do they try to shove non believable shit like that down our throats?
Dumbass, you have no clue.

No one cares if a female is a lead. What the problem is, is that I'm not allowed to say the movie sucks- if it really does then I'm sexist. If a movie bombs it has to be bc of some type of bigotry not bc it sucks.

But that's a good point you made...when you have Daenerys, wonder woman, uma Thurman in kill bill, etc that proves ppl dont give a shit when it's a female lead...they care about shit being good.

Yep - I've seen plenty of shitty movies with both male and female leads. I actually thought Atomic Blonde was pretty good, and even though Jennifer Lawrence is a left wing U of L fan, I really liked the Hunger Games movies. Conversely, I thought Captain Marvel wasn't very good, but not because of the lead - it just didn't stand up to the best that Marvel had already delivered. That doesn't mean I hate Brie Larson, just means the movie wasn't that great. I loved Sophie Turner as Sansa, but Dark Phoenix sucked ass.

They really would be best served to let Cocaine Mitch run unopposed.

He's not beatable at this point. He will leave Washington when he's through extracting as much money as he can, and not a minute sooner. Way too much name recognition and why would he give up the gravy train he is on?

One of the dumbest post on here. You are truly an idiot to think most of us don't respect women. You need your ass kicked for buying in to the lefts talking points.
Papaw I know you all don't. Don't worry I'll give a partial pass to your generation.

Mitch McConnell’s Democratic challenger Amy McGrath raised $2.5 million dollars in the first 24 hours of her campaign. While many liberals are celebrating this impressive feat, conservatives should be grinning. These liberals are almost certainly dumping their money into a hopeless cause.

McConnell, who built his state's Republican Party from almost nothing, has been a senator for over 30 years. He has remarkable name recognition in the state, and in his 2014 Senate race, McConnell won in a landslide by more than 15 points. The state elected Trump by a 30-point margin in 2016. Trump's presence on the ticket in 2020 will likely boost McConnell’s totals as well.

Hey lefties .....did Trump cause this too?

The British Heritage tanker was being escorted through the flashpoint region by the Montrose amid feverish tensions between Iran and the West.

But the Navy frigate was scrambled into action when the rival boats reportedly approached the oil tanker and demanded it change course into Iranian waters.

According to the anonymous officials, the Montrose came up from the rear of the tanker and aimed its fierce weapons at the Iranians - before issuing a verbal warning to get away.

When Trump is re-elected, and the US Senate has 60 Pubs, and Pubs take the house back. What will the left wing idiots resort to then? What will the Liberal media do? Will another civil war happen? Serious questions here.

My wife is much younger and from a different generation and has my utmost respect. but, she also knows not to try and control the old man because, she is smarter than most and realizes I am mostly right.

So my problem with this is, is Amy McGrath running for senator from Kentucky or is she running to get donations for the Democratic party? Her first answer is a good answer if she's running for the senator from Kentucky but it hurts the latter. So, they just see her as a sacrificial lamb, that money is not even going to her.

There aren't enough democratic senate seats in danger for your scenario to happen. Democrats are defending 11 seats compared to 22 for the GOP. For the GOP to get to 60, they would have to flip 9 of the 11 (most in blue states that will be heavily favored to defend them) and hold all 22 of their own. Math is your friend.

Henry Clay couldn’t beat McConnell in the next election. McGrath or her male doppelgänger won’t even cause him to get nervous.

Are you so uneducated that you really need a link for this? In other words you do not know that domestic abuse is very high among lesbians? Wake the f******.

Of course, you said you would bet on the Phoenix Mercury if they were playing an All-Star team from the 80s that included Kareem, McHale, Larry, Magic and Michael in their primes.

Yep - he's the rare case of a senator with a really bad approval rating who at the same time is a mortal lock for re-election. Not a chance in the world he ever loses an election here, unless a younger, really popular republican unseats him in a primary. No democrat is ever gonna beat him.

Other years there was a possibility tho rare but there is no chance in this one. KY has always hated mitch...but theyve hated libs more. But the last few years hes really gained some favorability bc he just keeps confirming judges non stop and owning libs with how extreme theyve become. Hes definitely a politician but hes exposed how big pieces of shit the left is too...like with the green new deal vote..he proved they arent doing anything but putting on a show themselves.

McGrath isnt on the level of lundergan Grimes and she got blown out. (Btw, Harvey Weinstein was a big donor to her) And in a year where mitch will be on the ballot with trump in a state trump won by 30% and in a state that wont vote for whoever the dem pres candidate is...she doesnt have a chance.

Regardless of how ppl feel about mitch he is one of the most powerful ppl in us political history. He will control every aspect of this race- he'll control the debates, how their presented, when they are, who can ask questions, etc.

Not only that- the left is so tone deaf they end up shooting themselves in the foot. They pushed this political stunt about Kavanaugh, and their constituents eat it up..so now if she says she would have voted for him, they rebel. I mean think about thinking a SCOTUS is going to affect your everyday life. The left created that monster.

Now that is a bet I would take

It’s almost like approval ratings for R’s aren’t relevant anymore....

National approval rating makes no difference, and state is kind of skewed.
It’s easy to complain about a sitting politician, but you know what you’ve got with McConnell , and he has a lot of clout in the senate.
