Meanwhile, this administration's first step act has gotten over 1000 prisoners out of jail...90% of them black.

Unfortunately it ignored basic economics and since ppl had more disposable income it made the price of rent go up. It also made ppl that werent spending 20% like in the 15-19% move into the 20%. Makomg everyone poorer and making tax payers pay more. Basic econ is hard!
