If there were any doubt that Democrat elites do not want Biden, that’s gone now. Absolutely hilarious to watch them do this to Biden after saying nothing in 2008 or 2012 or any time when they could’ve but when they have said how evil white guys are and made their choice that it be Kampala, here comes the sexual harassment coverage and this stuff.

What a circus they are.

We have talked about that aoc is part of Justice Democrats and that their goal is to overwhelm Congress with more aoc types in low turnout midterm elections.

The other goal for change that the Justice Democrats are after is with district attorneys. They use the same strategy with running in low turnout midterm elections.

We can end crime if we never acknowledge there is a crime.

Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot says his office will no longer prosecute a number of cases in an attempt to end "mass incarceration" in Dallas County, fulfilling a campaign promise he made last fall.

Maybe President Trump is checking their power.

Those bodies don't have elected officials nor term limits. You can be a hack bureaucrat in the FBI and DOJ for life. You can be a hack journalist for life. You can be a hack judge for life.

The guy who the people put in office and will be up for a job review after 4 years, has to have some ability to say "hey, I don't like what is going on here with these outfits..."

The President has 538 additional elected officials checking his power every day. Not to mention the millions upon millions deciding whether or not they'll vote for him again.

The FBI, Media, DOJ, and courts, unfortunately, don't have that. It appears at times that they can do what they want and say what they want.

The biggest threat to America is not somebody who get's 8 years max. It's all the lifers on the Hill, in the courts, and in the bureaucratic swamp. People with tenure who don't really have to answer to anyone.

Any single President isn't the issue and won't be the downfall of the country. It's the people in Washington who welcome Presidents and wave them goodbye.

I honestly almost believe Comey. He didn't say they weren't spying (at least in the quoted portion on the tweet), just that he didn't know.

He just seems like a totally oblivious doofus that was put in the position he was in because he was a totally complete incompetent oblivious nincompoop who had no control over what the people under him were doing.

You're just not honest in your views.
WALLACE: Certainly not anytime soon. How would you deal with that flood of people coming over the border now?

JOHNSON: Well, I’ll tell you of Jeh Johnson's solution. Continue our border security efforts. Give the border control, give immigration enforcement the tools they need, but let's not go so far as two separate families.

But also continue what Congress started two years ago, aid to Central America to deal with the property and violence and also encourage other countries in the region, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, Panama, to develop their own systems for asylum, for refugee processing.

It was someone from the U.S. conference of Catholic bishops who told me in 2014 you can't just simply padlock a burning building without providing people with an alternative path to safety. And so, we need to develop those additional paths for getting --

But, again, you can deal with this on the border. You can try different things. We did not want to go so far as to separate families. But unless we deal with the underlying causes that are motivating people to come here in the first place we are going to continue to bang our heads against the wall on this issue.

Tlaib, AOC, and Omar are the poster children of victimhood. Bitter, resentful, hateful, anti-Semitic, and incredibly obtuse are just a few adjectives to describe this “Trio of the Miserable.” The Dems voted in some real “winners” here. Ladies, just keep on opening those big mouths of yours and continue to demonstrate your ignorance, lack of self-awareness, and total incompetence. Every day you alienate more and more Americans. You truly are the gift that keeps on giving.

How did we get this way?

I can understand if a DA doesn't think there is a strong enough case to not prosecute.

How does the DA get to decide to not follow through and prosecute crimes based on feels?

Where is the check on his power? Is it strictly ballot box?

If someone steals <$750 from you and is caught, that DA won't do anything about it.

Why would police pursue those thefts at all? The thief would probably sue the cop for harassment.

If there aren't any repercussions for theft, why would you refrain from doing it?

Just keep it under $750.

I had an employee steal thousands of dollars and the case dragged out for like two years before the DA decided it wasn’t worth continuing it given the amount of money.

What a joke.

When she said America she gave a little disgusted look. She truly hates this country. There is just so much wrong with her statement there, most importantly the one about no one throwing there shoulders back when they say America or the Army. Let that bitch come around me when I talk about being in the Army or being a retired soldier. It would just piss her off.
