This is brilliant. How can the liberal law breakers argue against it. I would suggest the government identify every sanctuary city or state in America. Start sending them to these areas based on population. The bigger the city the more illegals they get.
There is no valid argument against this. And the idea to cut all federal funding is also brilliant. Let local tax payers in sanctuary cities take care of all costs. They welcome them in their city and have told the rest of America many times illegals are the best citizens and their streets are safer because of them. Now they can eliminate crime altogether and the streets will be safe and diverse. Everybody wins . Do it President Trump
I'm not sure Mike Pence has used his faith to harm people.

I don't know what pubs have been doing, but that is the legislation I would be introducing every time someone on the left popped off with "let them in..."
I'd write down zip codes they represent and then introduce a bill that directed immigration flow to wherever it is.
