This woman is horrible. I really would like to know how she came into this position of power.

Ignorant voters put her in office. She was the right color for the job. I say since she was the people's choice let her stay in office. If the people of Chicago think she should be removed they can vote her out of office.

For now she is doing the work of her people. This is Cook County so we should not expect much to begin with.
