This and their reaction to this is what freed me from any guilt when assuming they are just making honest mistakes. The propaganda is just too obvious now.

Officiating had nothing to do with it. Insisting on keeping Ashton Andrew Harrison Hagans on the floor at all cost did.

Check out Cal's record in close games versus your hero Pitino. Cal is one of the best at close game wins. I wouldn't expect a hoser to know that.
With the talent gap that’s present in 95% of our games, we shouldn’t have to worry about grinding out wins.
I'm not gonna hate on Cal. I remember very well the Tubby and Billy G. days. I even attended some UK games played here in 2005 and 2007 specifically. He needs more continuity. We get that, we get FF.

Everybody loved jay wright, bc he won 2 in 3 years..but ignored he coached there 18 years prior rarely advancing past the 2nd round with several 1 seeds. UK fans would have already ran him off if he was here.
Name one play uk drew up...what their adjustments were on defense and I'll take it back...but you cant do it.
Free throw shooting lost the game today, not coaching. Cal had nothing to do with us bricking almost every damn free throw.

We ran the same gd thing for the majority of the second.
In both the last 2 games, after experiencing a lot of success with 2 low posts PJ and Reid, we came out running 4 out and looked like ass garbage, gave up the lead, then stumbled to the finish finally going back to what works.
Idk who’s fault that is. I guess Cal. When you have PJ and Reid, you beat people over the head till they submit. And we were pretty damn good at that. Why in the earth would you go away from that. DREAMS!!! I guess.
We also had a ton of success with PJ running baseline earlier in the year, and he did that twice today. I think we look best doing that. Gives him occasionally corner 3, and a little more space for him and Reid to operate. Didn’t run that much later in the year.

That's very impressive that you can talk shit like that. However, I missed the part where you mentioned how we were fouled repeatedly on three different putbacks on one possession or the obvious hook on Herro when dude drove for the layup. I appreciate you dude and I hate that you're taking the lazy man's way out and directing all your animus toward Cal.
Cal is the man that put you in the position to bitch. I consider it a lib move to blame Cal for not doing better than he has done and simply using the obvious to justify it.

Missing the damn front end of 1 and 1s is just frigging killer...
And the moment is just too large for some players, being so young doesn't help regardless of talent, psyche prevails; where would we be if we played a final where it's not just Young that shows up to actually play, a final four game where someone else besides team nosleep Lamb decided to come to ball? ANd then when they do all show up to play we get Higgins' sabotage or some other chit.
That's where Cal fails imho, all that yelling and screaming gets players focused and winning playing excellent basketball by season's end, but his nervousness when it's do or die infects some players imo, makes them too timid and mistake prone. I only got to start watching with 15 minutes left in 2nd half, but to me, as opposed to cal thought he had won, it felt like a loss the whole time.
That said, this is still the best run and the best run possible imo. I hope he stays another 10 years, or 20 even. It just hurts to leave so much on the table, losses that could easily be wins. Could have 4-5 titles just as easily could've been ridiculous really... Atleast this one isn't going to Duke or UNC
