POLITICAL THREAD

How will they rule ??!

  • YES - Qualified

    Votes: 41 82.0%
  • NO - Disqualified

    Votes: 9 18.0%

  • Total voters
    50
  • Poll closed .
Imagine telling them black people and women can vote.
Didnt take history I see. As they did comment on it and their thoughts of equality. However, They left details of voting to the states. Try harder. But I assume you wouldnt know because if its not a centralized overlord it just doesnt make sense

Point still stands...or can you imagine telling them ppl lose sleep over ordinary appointments to the supreme court...as if that isnt a sign if you do worry about it, that govt is too big and powerful. Or that ppl know and worship Ginsburg..lol

Out of all religions, american politics is the worst.

The left never wanted to get in Syria. It's the neo-cons like Lindsey Homo Graham that are freaking out over leaving. The lefties atm are just laughing at him saying ISIS is defeated when everyone knows that is bullshit. kind of like Bush saying mission accomplished and us still there 10 years later.

U.S. Special forces were in Hasakah province long before Trump came to power.

Thank you president Trump. The reason America has stayed in constant war since 1941 is because politicians become millionaires when America is at war. America manufactures planes, ships, tanks and ammo and those making the contracts always include a little for the politician pushing it through. Meanwhile families are destroyed when they bury their 21 year old son or daughter, for what reason? North Korea, Vietnam and the Middle East are still sh** holes and always will be.

And to make it even crazier these politicians who want to stay at war constantly are the first to get upset over controlling our Southern border. It all boils down to money and money talks, especially to a politician

The Republicans are abandoning Trump on his flip flopping wall crap. Most of the senators said **** it and went home. he can either sign the CR and start his shutdown is their stance.

Corker: “Well Mitch is on the phone with Paul right now so..." *starts chuckling*

Reporter: Why are you laughing?

Corker: “Well, why not?”

Reporter: Are you surprised by this?

Corker: “No, not really. I mean look at Syria yesterday... this is elementary relative to the decision made yesterday in such a precipitous way right, I mean you’re talking about a major policy decision made in the same manner right so this is something that whatever happens we all know we’ll move beyond. What happened yesterday in Syria which is a similar kind of decision making process is going to affect things things for the long haul.”

Reporter: What is the path forward on the CR though?

Corker: “I don’t know. Y’all have fun. I’m getting ready to drive to Chattanooga.”

Reporter: What’s the guidance from leadership?

Corker: “They have no guidance ... I saw senators heading out going home knowing that even if we vote they’re going to give folks time to get back ... I think they’re just sorta swirling around over there”

Then Ted Cruz walked by and said: “I think we need to follow through with funding for the border”

Corker laughed again: “You can’t make this stuff up”

I'm happy Corker beat Marsha Blackburn and Phil Bredesen for that US Senate seat which was up for grabs last month.

Oh, wait..........
My nephew living in Chattanooga warned me about Corker when he first won the Senate. He had been the mayor there. He said Corker was not a conservative and time would prove it. He was right and I am happy he is gone.
