Yeah, that I don't get. Suspensions, yes. Lawsuit? Have they ever heard of free speech? They have the right to be stupid.
They're going to make Pelosi speaker again despite saying they wouldn't support her. So, of course they'd support hildawg. And this time, they'll make sure she wins.
Bigger question, why are the same people who f'd up the count in the first place in charge of the recount. In the Senate race at least, the recount should be done by a Federal agency.
She is an elected official. Her position has "safe guards to shield against politics". She knows she is "above the law". Now Dems are filing suit to make Rick Scott "recuse" himself from involvement in the election. Scott is doing everything he possibly can within the law to make this election fair. Boxes being found at schools and airports and vans, etc. are par for the course in Broward and Palm Beach. We can only hope his now 12,000 vote cushion is sufficient. A hand count recount is what Dems want so you have to win by a huge margin to keep this from happening. The boxes are designed to erase that.
The courts in Florida are packed with extreme left wing judges so it will be hard to get a good ruling on the GOP side. This is why it is so important that Ron DeSantis become governor. There are 4 or 5 judges whose terms are expiring on the Florida Supreme Court and he will appoint real judges, not Democrat lackies. Democrats in Broward and Palm Beach have been called on to do their thing. In a close election they will do anything to change it all. I hope you’re right but these midterms have really given me pause for concern. the way the dems are allowed to carry on the vote counting and the immediate call for impeachment, the call for subpoenas, tells me the next two years will be hellish for the president.

Only way Hillary would beat Trump in 2020 is if she stole it. A lot of democrats don't like her anymore. If it was a fair election Trump would destroy her worse in 2020. But theres no guarantee it would be fair with what we are seeing them do in the mid terms.

You are right. I heard on local radio that what is going on in Broward and Palm Beach County is a "trial run". The Dems do not think they can pull off over turning the election but they are testing the water for 2020 and Trump. They are going to find out what they can get away with and spread the word to all Democrat counties in the state. I had no idea classes were going on all over the state training election workers on how to tamper with the votes and change ballots.
If this is going on in Florida you know what is going to happen in 2020 in blue states Trump won. Especially the Midwest, North Carolina, Arizona, etc. This is all by design.
