Maybe that is a ploy to get out in front of his positive messaging campaign. Later, if he does use them their response would be " see, we told you" as if that were a bad thing. HIs messaging in the bid to get re-elected is to focus on the positives.
Great idea to use them to support his reelection. I mean he did do the work to free them. What's so hard bout that?

The fact that trump is traveling around the country having rallies is crazy to me. QUIT WORKING SO HARD DONALD. You’re supposed to just go on Jimmy Fallon and chill. You’ve made it to the top. You’re supposed to layup and retire, plan your Trump foundation, etc.

Donald is that new guy at work everybody fn hates because he’s working circles around everyone and raised the bar. That fn guy has got to go. Wtf he think he is.

The next step up from a gender studies degree is a law degree. I have an engineering degree which requires an understanding of math and physics. Why isn't this country ran by people who understand the world as it IS instead of the way they wish it was?

Trump is pragmatic. I like that. He doesn't drop his dick in the dirt because he thinks others will like it, he drops his dick in pornstars because he can. He calls out countries because he is a badass who has the might of the USA to back him up.

Trump is a boss the same as I would be given the same power. Those who oppose him are pussies who are the same regardless of leadership.

Phuck Canada.

If Trump was a black dude he'd have it made. His color would define his achievement. Instead, Trump is a white guy and he actually has to produce results.

I think Dion has WSC.

She rushed in to save the day, warranted or not, quicker than I could say Southern Poverty Law Center.

Even on the political board Dio it’s ok to occasionally post something non-political just for a laugh.

It’s funny cause the suspect looks just like the newscaster. It would be funny if the newscaster and suspect where white or Asian or Hispanic...

Because you are a liberal, you have been trained (the dim-witted are easy to train) to make everything about race and always accuse everybody of being racist.

Mine would be former President Jimmy Carter, one of the few morally decent democrats left... My question would be. When did the democrat party change from being the party of the working man, to being the party of the weirdos?
I think the "working man" started wising up to the fact that most of the democratic philosophy didn't in fact help them. The Dems realized they were learning this so they knew they had to go after a new base. This new base is every single group that had any type of minority quality. So they grouped all minorities togetherand created a false perception that Republicans were holding them down. They actually did a really good job at this and found success. Fortunately, I think the tide may be changing in that some of these minority groups, or at least some within the groups, are realizing that Dems aren't really doing much to help them either and just want their votes.

I thought I had stumbled upon some of cardkillas henati

Close.

It was created by Beathe Ogard of the Norwegian Students' and Academics Assistance Fund. She's the voice over.

Then promoted by NPR.

It's the same group that started the anti "mansplaining" movement. It's perfectly fine to "lib splain" about the evils of mansplaining or selfies though.

I liked it for the lib on lib crime.

The DOJ/FBI fought Nunes harder than usual when it comes to releasing this latest batch of requested documents. They were even willing to be held in contempt. Nunes was seeking all documents on an specific individual referred to only as "Intel source".

Now it all makes sense why they are going so far to protect this Intel source.

About That FBI ‘Source’
Did the bureau engage in outright spying against the 2016 Trump campaign?

I believe I know the name of the informant, but my intelligence sources did not provide it to me and refuse to confirm it. It would therefore be irresponsible to publish it. But what is clear is that we’ve barely scratched the surface of the FBI’s 2016 behavior, and the country will never get the straight story until President Trump moves to declassify everything possible. It’s time to rip off the Band-Aid.

Why I Left the Left

Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report shares his story of how he used to be a big progressive, and why he has left the left.

Do you believe in free speech?

Do you believe that people should be judged by their character, not their skin color?

Do you believe in freedom of religion?

If you believe these things, you’re probably not a progressive. You might think you’re a progressive. I used to think I was. My show, “The Rubin Report,” was originally part of the progressive “Young Turks” network.

Progressives struck me as liberals, but louder. Progressives were the nice guys; they looked out for the little guy; they cared about women and minorities; they embraced change.

In short, who wouldn’t want to be a progressive?

But over the last couple years, the meaning of the word “progressive” has changed.

Progressives used to say, “I may disagree with what you say, but I will fight to the death for your right to say it.” Not anymore.

Banning speakers whose opinions you don’t agree with from college campuses – that’s not progressive. Prohibiting any words not approved of as “politically correct” – that’s not progressive. Putting “Trigger Warnings” on books, movies, music, anything that might offend people – that’s not progressive either.

All of this has led me to be believe that much of the left is no longer progressive, but regressive. This is one of the reasons I’ve spent so much time on my show talking about The Regressive Left.

This regressive ideology doesn’t judge people as individuals, but as a collective.

If you’re black, or female, or Muslim, or Hispanic, or a member of any other minority group, you’re judged differently than the most evil of all things: a white, Christian male. The Regressive Left ranks minority groups in a pecking order to compete in a kind of “Oppression Olympics”. Gold medal goes to the most offended.

Martin Luther King, Jr.’s dream that his children would be judged by their character and not their skin color was a liberal idea, but these days, it’s not a progressive ideal.

And what about religious freedom - the idea that no one else can tell you what you have to believe? Surely progressives still support that basic right.

Well, not so much.

I’m a married gay man, so you might think that I appreciate the government forcing a Christian baker or photographer or florist to act against their religion in order to cater, photograph or decorate my wedding. But you’d be wrong. A government that can force Christians to violate their conscience can force me to violate mine. If a baker won’t bake you a cake, find another baker; don’t demand that the state tell him what to do with his private business.

I’m pro-choice. But a government that can force a group of Catholic nuns - literally called the Little Sisters of the Poor - to violate their faith and pay for abortion-inducing birth control can force anyone to do anything.

That’s not progressive; that’s regressive!

Today's progressivism has become a faux-moral movement, hurling charges of racism, bigotry, xenophobia, homophobia, Islamophobia and a slew of other meaningless buzzwords at anyone they disagree with.

The battle of ideas has been replaced by a battle of feelings, and outrage has replaced honesty. Diversity reigns supreme – as long as it’s not that pesky diversity of thought.

This isn’t the recipe for a free society, it’s a recipe for authoritarianism.
