They should be gone yesterday along with ANY member who's used tax dollars for legal bills or voted for legislation to make it harder to sue ANY member of the government.
It's a process where Immigrants' family members get special privilege/consideration for green cards regardless of their merit, education, job skills etc...and, not 100% sure about this, but I'm pretty sure the vetting process is also way more lax, which is why, with such high numbers coming in, it's a potential national security threat.
