employers don't care if your high or not as long as your productive. the insurance companies do though. the company just want to look for any way not to be liable for your care if you get hurt. you can smoke all you want and most don't care, but they will use it against you for liability purposes.

You still have random drug tests looking for other illegal substances like cocaine, it would just not hit on marijuana as that would be a legal substance.

I think they'll come up with a test that determines the level of THC to determine if person is still inebriated.
It's no different than taking a breathalyzer at work randomly, .02 isn't legally drunk but it can get you disciplined at work.

You mess around and get somebody else at work hurt then you have an even bigger mess for the insurance company. You will lose your company in a lawsuit for allowing your workers to work intoxicated.

Trump just talked about immigration and said nothing about a compromise bill. I think it was BS, unless he brings it up later.

All sides are saying something that no one believes at this point.

There will be a wall, but we are going to help Mexico drastically because of it. It will be a bribe of sorts.

I'm pretty sure he just pointed at Pelosi during that Obamacare line.

Did any of you Republicans and independents truly against the status quo (not Jary Gohnson wannabes) ever in your wildest imagine someone flopping his balls out onto the table in this manner?
I LOLd on that, well done!

Simple, just like alcohol. You can't be under the influence of MJ when you drive, work, anything else. Just fold it right in under the existing laws on alcohol usage. Same penalty structure for DUI or if you drink or use MJ on the job then you get canned. The framework and even the policy is already present for seamlessly legalizing pot and Kentucky is uniquely positioned to take advantage of it moreso than any other state. Our farmers are already growing hemp. Our farmers better than any other can switch over from tobacco to pot overnight. Putting a helluva lot of money into the pockets of a helluva lot of Kentucky farmers and businesses that need it and in the RURAL areas they need it most.

Yes but MJ stays in your system from 3 weeks to 2 months depending on usage. Alcohol is out in hours. How do you know if someone is under the influence of MJ at the time of testing? It could have been weeks prior? Forget blood work, it's not happening with most of the work force. They're going to use simple urine / hair. There's no way around it because of how long weed stays in your system.

I hope ends with DRAIN THE SWAMP!! Dog Chapman family zips lines in with Sheriff Clark unloads mace can after mace can. "CUFF EM LEYLAND" Perp walk them out the middle aisle.

100% agree with Trump on a merit based immigration system. It appears the amnesty talk was nonsense. He said nothing about amnesty, or ever even hinted at it

Do the democrats look like the petty, bitter, partisan. juvenile political party that they are tonight? Sitting there with sour faces, showing no joy, making their way to the exit as soon as Trump uttered his last syllable.

That was a home run, and the democrats took a big fat shat on it. And the whole country was witness to it. The veil is being lifted, the truth is being made visible.

Trump has the donkey by the tail tonight. The next eight years began tonight.

How did they pick the stiffs behind Beshear? "Imitate a mannequin. Perfect! Well done, come have a seat behind Mr. Beshear."
